Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of "Kai Xuanji" in the treatment of children's phlegm-enhanced lung-type cough.Methods: Sixty children with cough and sputum-inducing lung-type cough that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 30 patients in each group.The study group was given a double-operation method of “opening”and the control group was treated with conventional massage.Observe the main symptoms and symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,complete the observation scale scores,and perform statistical analysis based on the obtained data to determine the efficacy and safety of "Kai Xuanji" treatment of children with dampness and lung-type cough.Sexual evaluation.Results:(1)Comparison of the scores of the main syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine:Before and after treatment,the syndromes of the main symptoms of the two groups were improved compared with the two groups before and after the treatment.The syndromes of the TCM syndromes in the study group were the main symptoms.Better than the control group.(2)Comparison of scores of symptoms and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine:Comparison of two groups of TCM scales before and after treatment.The symptoms of each group of patients with both syndromes were improved compared with before.The children in the study group were excluded from abnormalities of abscess and stool,TCM syndromes and symptoms improved better than the control group.(3)Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total scores of TCM scales in the two groups were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups of children were improved compared with before,and the study group was better than the control group.(4)Comprehensive curative effect evaluation: The obvious rate in the study group was86.67%,and the significant rate in the control group was 26.67%.The study group had better results in improving the TCM syndromes than the control group.(5)Safety evaluation: No adverse reactions such as fractures,hemorrhage,syncope,infection,and soft tissue injury were found in the two groups of patients during the treatment.Conclusions:(1)The double manipulation method of "infantile manipulation" combined with conventional massage can reduce the cough,shorten the cough time,reduce the amount of sputum,improve nasal congestion,sweating,poor appetite,loose stool,and greasy tongue coating.Accompanied by symptoms.(2)The curative effect of "Kai Xuanji" in the treatment of pediatric phlegm-inducing and lung-type cough is better than that of conventional massage.
