| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on Renu(sudden deafness)by Zhuang Medicine.To explore the effect of Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with western medicine and to objectively evaluate the effect of Zhuang medicine acupuncture therapy on Renu by comparing it with the simple western medicine group,so as to provide a more reasonable and scientific optimal treatment scheme for Zhuang medicine acupuncture therapy on Renu.Methods:Sixty Renu patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Zhuang Medicine Outpatient Department of Ren ’ai Branch of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and the Otolaryngology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021.All the patients who met the requirements were randomly divided into Zhuang Medicine Acupuncture combined with Western medicine group and Western medicine alone group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group: patients were given prednisone acetate tablet orally in the acute phase(within 1 week),specific usage: 30 mg each time,once a day;At the same time,take mecobalamin tablet orally,0.5mg each time,3 times a day.If patients with tinnitus symptoms,can add Alprostadil injection 10μg intravenous drop,once a day;If the patient has vertigo symptoms,the patient is given flunarizine hydrochloride capsule 10 mg orally,once a day.The above drug treatment was taken as a course of 1 week,and a total of 2 courses were observed.Treatment group on the basis of plus zhuang medicine acupuncture with ear ring 2,4,8,10 hole(TEh-2,4,8,10,side),back on 2,4,8,10 hole(TSBh2-2,4,8,10,unilateral,and three of the contralateral),outer 3 pile(DWSz,unilateral,and the back of hand ring of side hole),on the right side of the three pole(DNSg,right),on the left in the pile(DNsz,left).1 inch,1.5 inch and 3 inch filiform needles were selected,and acupuncture was performed with the common needle method of Zhuang doctors.Keep the needle for 30 minutes,acupuncture twice a week,1 week as a course of treatment,treatment of 2courses.To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of Renu.By comparing with the simple western medicine group,the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture in the treatment of Renu was prearily evaluated,and SPSS22.0 was selected for statistical analysis of the indicators to evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the Zhuang medicine combined with western medicine group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the western medicine alone group was 60.00%.After statistical analysis,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),suggesting that both groups had a curative effect in improving the curative effect of Renu,but the Zhuang medicine combined with western medicine therapy had a better effect.(2)The average hearing threshold of patients in both groups was improved,but the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),suggesting that both groups were effective in improving the average hearing threshold,but Zhuangyi acupuncture combined with western medicine therapy had a better effect.(3)The concomitant symptoms(tinnitus and vertigo)were improved in both groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after comparison(P > 0.05),suggesting that both groups could relieve tinnitus and vertigo in patients with Renu,but there was no significant difference between the efficacy of the two groups.(4)After the treatment,the anxiety status of patients in both groups was relieved,but the anxiety scores of patients in the two groups were significantly different after comparison(P< 0.05),suggesting that both groups could effectively improve the anxiety status of patients,but the treatment group had a better effect than the control group in improving the anxiety status of patients in Renu.Conclusion :(1)Both of the two treatment methods can effectively treat Renu,but Zhuangyi acupuncture combined with western medicine therapy has a better effect than western medicine therapy alone.(2)Both treatment methods can improve the average hearing threshold of patients with Renu,but the effect of Zhuangyi acupuncture combined with western medicine is better than that of western medicine alone.(3)Both treatment methods could improve the concomitant symptoms(tinnitus,vertigo)of the patients with Renu,but there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups.(4)Both of the two treatment methods can improve the anxiety state of Renu patients,but Zhuangyi acupuncture combined with western medicine therapy is more effective than western medicine therapy alone in improving the anxiety state of Renu patients.(5)Zhuang medicine acupuncture has obvious local characteristics and advantages,and has a good prospect of clinical application.Zhuang medicine is based on the theory of "three qi synchronization" and "three channels and two routes".There is no need for dialectical treatment when selecting acupoints,which is simple and convenient with clear effect.It has good social benefit and clinical promotion significance in the clinical treatment of Renu. |
