| Purpose: To compare the therapeutic effect of conventional therapy with acupuncture and acupuncture combined with western medicine on patients with chronic heart failure(CHF),and to explore the difference between the two treatments.Using data analysis of scientific system,to observe the effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine on the treatment of chronic heart failure.Method: This topic were selected 72 cases of chronic heart failure patients,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment.Treatment group is increasing acupuncture therapy on the basis of the same Western medicine treatment in control group.Finally,the remaining cases were collected and the data were collected and analyzed using the statistical software SPSS17.0.Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60%.After SPSS X 2 test,P=0.024<0.05,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group.At the same time,the quality of life of the two groups table of assessment,X 2 test results show: two groups scale were used to assess the treatment before,no difference,after treatment(P < 0.05),statistically significant,showed that the scores of treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine on chronic heart failure is better than that of using western medicine alone.This is worth recommending acupuncture treatment to patients with heart failure. |
