Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Yiqi Fang In Treating Chronic Cardiac Failure With Deficiency Of Yang Qi And Blood Stasis

Objective Based on the treatment with western medicine alone,this study used Wenyang Yiqi Fang to treat chronic cardiac failure patients with deficiency of yang qi and blood stasis.Objective the changes of body weight,quality of life score,heart function grade,heart failure grade,TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter index before and after treatment.To explore the efficacy and safety of Wenyang Yiqi Fang in the treatment of chronic cardiac failure.Methods Choose in January 2018-January 2019 in line with the diagnostic criteria in hubei province traditional Chinese optical valley campus ward and outpatient service a total of 84 cases of patients with chronic cardiac failure,were randomly divided into conventional treatment of western medicine control group,and on the basis of the combined with Wenyang Yiqi Fang in the observation group 42 cases in each.The control group was treated with the conventional western medicine for chronic cardiac failure(selective use of diuretic、expanding blood vessel medicine、angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors、angiotensin receptor blocker、β-blocker、cardiotonic drug),and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Yiqi Fang on the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment in the control group.The following indexes were observed: body weight,quality of life score,cardiac function grading,heart failure grading,TCM syndrome integral,NT-pro BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction,and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter index.SPSS 22.0 statistical software package was used for analysis.Results1.Safety: During the treatment,no adverse reactions such as rash,nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,diarrhea and bleeding occurred in the observation group,and 1 patient in the control group had low blood pressure.After adjusting the ARB drug’s dose,blood pressure returned to normal.No significant abnormal changes were found in blood routine urine routine stool routine liver and kidney function and blood coagulation function tests before and after the treatment in the two groups.2.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of cardiac function,and primary disease.3.Body weight:The weight level of the two groups of patients after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was more significant than the control group,with statistically significant differences(p﹤0.05).4.Quality of life: The quality of life scores of patients in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,but those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(p﹤0.05).5.Cardiac function efficacy:The total effective rate was 85%in the observation group and 52.5% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(p﹤0.05).The treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group.6.Heart failure the curative effect:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 57.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p﹤0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better.7.TCM syndrome integral effect: The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,and that of the control group was70%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p﹤0.05),and the effect of the observation group on improving clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group.8.Chinese medicine single symptom integral curative effect:The two symptoms of palpitation、cold sweat,were not significantly different between the observation group and the control group after treatment(p﹥0.05),while the five symptoms of pant、weak、 sensation of chill、 Body cold feeling、 Complexion dark purple,were significantly different between the two groups(p﹤0.05).9.NT-pro BNP:After treatment,NT-pro BNP in both groups was lower than before treatment,but the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p﹤0.05).10.Ejection fraction:The ejection fraction of the two groups of patients after treatment was higher than that before treatment,but the increase was more obvious in the observation group than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(p﹤0.05).11.Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter after treatment compared with that before and after treatment(p﹥0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic cardiac failure,the combination of Wenyang Yiqi Fang and western medicine can significantly reduce body weight,improve the quality of life of patients,enhance cardiac function and improve clinical symptoms(especially the five symptoms of pant、weak、sensation of chill、Body cold feeling、Complexion dark purple),reduce the level of NT-pro BNP and improve the left ventricular ejection fraction compared with the simple western medicine.However,there was no significant improvement in the index of left ventricular diastolic diameter compared with that before and after treatment.No adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,diarrhea,rash and bleeding were found in the whole treatment process.It is a traditional Chinese medicine prescription with clear clinical efficacy and high safety.
