Clinical Observation On Yiqi Huoxue Decoction In Treating Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the sequelae of Qi deficiency and pelvic inflammation and blood stasis,observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction,and guide clinical medication in order to treat the pelvic sequelae.Inflammatory diseases.Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the criteria of this study were collected from May 1,2020 to January 31,2021.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Danhuang Quyu capsule,while the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Formula.After 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.Combined with TCM syndrome score,local sign score,comprehensive score and curative effect,VAS pain score and curative effect,gynecological B-ultrasound pelvic cavity effusion,CRP,CA-125,the comprehensive evaluation of patients before and after treatment was conducted.Results:1.Comparing MCT syndrome before and after treatment,local signs,full marks and curative effect,P<0.05 The comparison of the above four indicators of the two groups after treatment showed that the prescription for replenishing qi and activating blood is better than Danhuang Quyu capsule.(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the first one is 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the second one is 80%.2.Comparing the VAS pain scores between the two groups,Yiqi Huoxue Decoction reduced the points significantly greater than Danhuang Quyu Capsules(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group is 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 80%.3.Gynecological B-ultrasound examination of pelvic fluid was significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.05).The effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on pelvic effusion was significantly better than that of Danhuangquyu capsule(P<0.05).4.Laboratory examinations(CRP,CA-125)after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue decoction is effective in treating the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type Blood.TCM syndrome,local signs,syndrome score,comprehensive efficacy,VAS pain score The analgesic effect and curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on pelvic effusion is better than that of Danhuang Quyu capsule in the control group.It also has good curative effect on improving CRP and CA-125 levels of patients,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
