Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Qingli Liangxie Decoction On Cervical Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion After LEEP

Objective:To assess the clinical effect of Qingli Liangxie decoction in treating patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions after LEEP.Compare the time and bleeding volume of vaginal after surgery between the two groups before and after treatment the vagina cleanliness,vaginal secretion objective under the white blood cell count,HP V overcast rate,cell pathology results,clinical symptoms and signs of TCM syndrome score,score,etc.,observed the clinical efficacy of Qingli Liangxie decoction,provide theory and objective basis for Qingli Liangxie decoction treat for the disease,in order to achieve the auxiliary LEEP surgery in the treatment of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions.Methods:60 patients were collected,who qualified the criterion of this trail.Randomly divided these patients into 2 groups by SPSS23.0.Routine dressing change after operation in the control group,the treated group postoperative pathological ruled out after canceration,taking Qingli Liangxie decoction as an intervention for 2 months.All patients were followed up for 3 months,to comparing the evaluation of curative effect.Results:1.Comparison of the the TCM curative effect between the treated group and the control group:Comparison of the effective rate of TCM syndromes between the two groups:the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 76.67%.The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)2.Comparison of vaginal drainage and bleeding after scab removal:the score of vaginal drainage volume and drainage time in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores and clinical symptoms scores:intra-group comparison:TCM syndrome scores and clinical symptoms and signs scores of patients in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),among which,TCM syndrome scores and clinical symptoms and signs scores of patients in the treated group were significantly improved compared with before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qingli Liangxie Decoction can improve the postoperative wound healing after LEEP,reduce the amount of vaginal drainage and bleeding after scab removal,shorten the drainage and bleeding time.It can improve the postoperative quality of life of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the risk of postoperative infection.It has significant efficacy in improving TCM syndrome scores,clinical symptoms and signs scores and comprehensive efficacy,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It can be used as an adjuvant therapy after LEEP,and is worthy of promotion and in-depth study.
