Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Renmai moxibustion in the treatment of non-cognitive dysfunction urinary incontinence after stroke, and in-depth study of its treatment mechanism,to provide a reference for improving the bladder function of non-cognitive dysfunction urinary incontinence after stroke and reducing the degree of incontinence clinical treatment. Methods: Fifty patients with non-cognitive dysfunction post-stroke urinary incontinence who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group(25 cases)and an observation group(25 cases). The control group received routine rehabilitation training, once a day,5 times a week, for 4 weeks of uninterrupted treatment;the observation group received Renmai moxibustion for about 1.5 hours in addition to rehabilitation training. The treatment was performed 3 times a week, and a total of 12 moxibustions were performed for 4 consecutive weeks.Detailed records of 24 h urination frequency,24 h urine leakage, incontinence scale score, bladder safety capacity, residual urine volume and other indicators of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded in detail. The differences in various indicators between the two groups before and after treatment and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results: The 50 patients included in this study successfully completed all treatments, and 25 patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group. Before treatment, the two groups of Patients were compared with general information(age, sex, course of disease, type of disease,etc.),24 h urination and leakage, incontinence scale score, bladder safe volume, residual urine volume and other indicators, and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),clinical comparisons can be made. After 4weeks of uninterrupted treatment, the 24 h urination and leakage of the two groups of patients were reduced compared to before treatment, the bladder safe capacity increased compared to before treatment, the incontinence scale score decreased compared to before treatment, and the residual urine volume decreased compared to before treatment. The differences in various indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the improvement of various indicators in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Renmai moxibustion therapy and conventional rehabilitation training can improve the urinary tract symptoms of urinary incontinence after stroke to a certain extent.2.Compared with conventional rehabilitation training,Renmai moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation training can reduce the number of urinary incontinence in 24 hours and the number of leakage in 24 hours in patients with non-cognitive dysfunction urinary incontinence after stroke, alleviate the symptoms of urinary incontinence, and increase the safe capacity of the bladder. It has obvious advantages in reducing residual urine volume, which can adjust bladder compliance and protect patients’ upper urinary tract function.3.Renmai moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation training is effective in treating non-cognitive dysfunction urinary incontinence after stroke, and it is worthy of more in-depth research and clinical promotion.
