Objectives: The stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is one of the common diseases in adult women. The international continence society (ICS) defines SUI as the involuntary loss of urine related to increase in intra-abdominal pressure resulted from activities such as coughing, straining, laughing and positional changes. The symptomatic stress urinary incontinence is referred to the involuntary loss of urine resulted from the induced detrusor contraction by intra-abdominal pressure increasing which lead abdominal pressure to exceed urethral pressure. The genuine stress urinary incontinence (GSUI) is resulted from the increase in intra-abdominal pressure only without induced detrusor contraction. There are many therapies for GSUI. However, the conservative treatments have limited efficacy. The failure rate of traditional anti-incontinence procedures was about 30%.
