As a carrier of Traditional Chinese medical knowledge,Traditional Chinese medical records carry a wealth of Traditional Chinese medical theories,record the valuable experience of clinical practice of medical doctors of all generations,and are a treasure trove of Traditional Chinese medical.With the development of information technology,the amount of information is increasing day by day,and the demand for rapid and accurate access to information on Traditional Chinese medical records is becoming more and more urgent.However,the problems of inconsistent metadata,insufficient accuracy,and insufficient structure of the content of the networked Chinese medical records in the Traditional Chinese medical records are not conducive to the information retrieval,knowledge sharing,and mining of the Chinese medical records knowledge base.In order to solve the data format problem of Traditional Chinese medical records in the knowledge base,this article uses the method of building a metadata model to sort out the current scattered Traditional Chinese medical records and form a set of standardized metadata solutions to improve the retrieval efficiency of medical records And utilization rate,provide a reference for the sharing of Chinese medical records and the establishment of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment knowledge base.This study takes the medical case metadata for the Traditional Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment knowledge base as the research object,and divides the Traditional Chinese medical case metadata into description metadata and management metadata according to the different subjects and functions.: Basic information metadata module,diagnosis and treatment process metadata module,digital imaging metadata module,medical record management metadata module and circulation record metadata module.The metadata elements of these two aspects are designed respectively: for the description of metadata,the idea of combiningtheory with practice is adopted.Firstly,the relevant standards and standards of traditional Chinese medicine and metadata standards are collected through literature research method,the core elements are preliminarily determined,and they are extended vertically;secondly,the medical cases of traditional Chinese medicine are collected through network investigation method,and the contents of medical cases are analyzed by content analysis method Line analysis,referring to the expanded core elements to design the analysis category and code table,get some expanded elements,and then through field investigation,observe and visit the diagnosis and treatment process of traditional Chinese medicine at the diagnosis and treatment site of traditional Chinese medicine,sort out and analyze the recorded content,so as to optimize the expansion elements generated in the previous step,and finally get the description metadata element set.The theoretical research steps of management metadata and description metadata are similar.The core elements are determined through the research of standards and specifications,and the elements obtained are expanded,and finally the management metadata element set is obtained.Finally,the metadata model is designed,and the semantic structure of metadata is given,so that a unified format can be entered into the knowledge base of Traditional Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment.
