multi-grain knowledge,and to systematically study the "disease-pulse-syndrome combined treatment" treatment mode of thinking for the collation of the Shanghan Lun and its annotated ancient texts.The study will provide a reference for the compilation of the Shanghan Lun and its commentaries.2.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the knowledge of "disease-pulse-syndrome combined treatment" formed by the citation,and further vertical and horizontal exploration of the implicit knowledge of "disease,pulse,evidence,and treatment" of the six meridians of the Shanghan Lun,in order to study Zhongjing’s ideas of diagnosis and treatment and provide new clinical pathways for the exploration of the ancient books of typhoid.Research methods1.Documentary research method:To extract and analyze the knowledge of "disease-pulsesyndrome combined treatment" and the relationship between the knowledge in the original text,and to lay the foundation for the formation of the citation scheme,using the Song text of"Shanghan Lun" as the research object.2.Knowledge citation method:To construct a template for the citation of the knowledge elements of the Shanghan Lun,and conducting multi-level and multi-grain citation of knowledge bodies,knowledge elements,semantics and semantic associations under the guidance of citation rules.3.Qualitative and quantitative analysis method:Based on the grounded theory,we coded the knowledge of etiology,symptoms,disease mechanism,and treatment at three levels,and conducted frequency statistics,categorization and qualitative analysis to form a knowledge classification framework.In this process,we pay attention to the analysis,comparison and integration of knowledge elements and semantics,and use the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis to guide the excavation of the knowledge content of "disease-pulsesyndrome combined treatment" of the six meridians.4.Knowledge graph visualization techniques:The semi-structured data obtained from the citation of Shanghan Lun are fused and processed,imported into Neo4j,and the Knowledge graph constructed,using virtual nodes to transform multiple relationships into binary relationships,presenting the dynamic treatment thinking process of Zhongjing and discovering the hidden knowledge contained in the book.Research results1.Analysis results of knowledge and correlation in Shanghan LunBy combing through 398 articles of Treatise on Febrile Disease,28 kinds of knowledge contents in 4 categories of disease differentiation,pulse normalization,syndrome analysis and treatment were analyzed,and 20 kinds of knowledge associations in 3 categories of disease and syndrome relationship,pulse and syndrome relationship and treatment relationship were analyzed.2.Citation results392 knowledge bodies were obtained,of which the top five were Yang Ming disease,Taiyang disease,Shao Yin disease,Taiyang mistreatment disease,and Shanghan;2955 knowledge elements,of which the top five were identification,disease name,disease mechanism,prescription,and cause;5223 semantic meanings,of which the top five were evidence manifestation,drug,dosage,disease cause and disease mechanism,and disease evidence;2599 semantic associations,of which the top five were drug system and quantity relationship,identification and treatment relationship,disease evidence relationship,disease pulse relationship,and prescription and drug relationship.3.framework for classifying the knowledge of Shanghan LunThe causes of the disease include cold evil,mistaken purgation,mistaken sweat,wind evil,dry stool,etc.The most types of causes are finally summarized into five categories:extrinsic factors,mismanagement,pathological products,recurrent causes,and roundworms.Among the manifestations,there are the most types of symptoms such as cold and heat,stool symptoms,dietary symptoms,mental and spiritual symptoms,sweating,etc.Finally,they are summarized into eight categories:systemic symptoms,symptoms of the abdomen and epigastrium,symptoms of the genitals and anus,symptoms of the mind,symptoms of the head,face and five sense organs,symptoms of the limbs,symptoms of the chest and hypochondrium,and symptoms of the neck,back and waist.The pathogenic mechanisms include heat,deficiency,cold,fluid,and superficial pathogenic mechanisms,which are finally summarized into nine categories:cold and heat,deficiency and actual pathogenic mechanisms,superficial and internal pathogenic mechanisms,qi,blood,fluid,six meridians,internal organs,yin and yang,Rong and Wei,and Sanjiao,covering almost all types of pathogenic mechanisms.Among the treatment methods,there are the most methods of Laxative,sweating,nonLaxative,non-sweating,and warming,which are summarized into thirteen categories.4.Analysis of the key points in the identification and treatment of the six meridiansGuided by the above knowledge classification framework,the key points of identification and treatment of the six meridian diseases were organized based on their semantic associations.In terms of pulse,the diagnosis of Taiyang disease is mainly based on floating and solid pulse with deficiency pulse;the diagnosis of Yang Ming disease is based on late and solid pulse with floating pulse;the diagnosis of Shao Yang disease is mainly based on solid pulse;the diagnosis of Taiyin disease is mainly based on late and floating pulse;the diagnosis of Shao Yin disease is mainly based on deficiency and sinking pulse,or there is no pulse;the diagnosis of Conjunctive Yin disease is mainly based on sinking and deficiency pulse,or there is no pulse.The core symptoms of Taiyang disease are fever,cold,wind,sweating,headache,etc.,and the diagnosis focuses on the general symptoms and symptoms of the heart and abdomen;the core symptoms of Yang Ming disease are fever,no stool or hard stool,sweating,heart trouble,abdominal fullness,and the diagnosis focuses on the method of warming.5.Knowledge graph resultsThe indexing content was exported into triplet form,the knowledge graph was constructed,a total of 5223 entities were formed,and 9160 pairs of triplets were established.The diagnosis and treatment process of Treatise on Febrile Diseases was visualized,and "the same disease and pulse were treated separately according to the syndrome","the same disease and pulse were treated according to the syndrome","the same disease and different syndrome were treated in the same way",The same treatment method "and other different" disease pulse syndrome and treatment "diagnosis and treatment mode.Research conclusion1.Shanghan Lun contains the diagnosis and treatment process of "identifying the disease,leveling the pulse,analyzing the evidence,and determining the treatment",and the knowledge meta-theory is used as a guiding method to cite the relevant knowledge at multiple levels and multiple granularities,and to establish semantic associations across knowledge elements to form a knowledge network of "disease,pulse,evidence,and treatment".It can realize the rational organization and deep excavation of the original knowledge.2.The diagnosis and treatment process of "disease pulse and syndrome combined treatment" in Shanghan Lun first takes diseases as the key line,differentiates diseases by layers,pays attention to differential diagnosis,discriminates the cause,focuses on wind and cold,and distinguishes the mistreatment in detail;Secondly,to distinguish the pulse of Yin and Yang,explain the pathogenesis,distinguish the symptoms in detail,subdivide the type,and clarify the location of the disease;Finally,on the basis of the manifestations of pulse syndrome,multilevel examination of the pathogenesis,direct guidance of and "preventing mistakes and saving mistakes".Research significance1.Based on the analysis of the content and correlation of "combined treatment of diseases and syndromes" in the original text,the knowledge meta-indexing template and indexing rules of Treatise on Febrile Diseases were constructed with bottom-up and top-down methods.The indexing process was constantly improved to form a relatively complete and detailed indexing scheme,which laid a foundation for the indexing of related ancient typhoid books.2.Through the orderly knowledge organization,the cluster of the same kind of knowledge is formed horizontally,and the link of related knowledge is formed vertically.The key points of discrimination and tacit knowledge are discovered for the cluster knowledge and related knowledge,so as to closely link the knowledge organization and knowledge mining process of Shanghan Lun and provide new ideas for knowledge mining of related ancient books. |
