| Objective:To investigate the current situation of self-perceived burden in patients with permanent pacemaker implantation,to analyze the correlation between self-perceived burden,self-efficacy and coping style in patients with permanent pacemaker implantation. And to explore the main factors affecting patients’ self-perceived burden,to guide clinical nursing work. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, the patients after permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of a Grade 3A Hospital in Changchun from July 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object, and a questionnaire survey was conducted. The research tools include general data questionnaire,self-perceived burden scale, general self-efficacy scale, medical coping style questionnaire and so on.IBMSPSSStatistics24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, the measurement data were described by mean ±standard deviation, the counting data were described by frequency and constituent ratio, and the differences of self-perceived burden of patients with different characteristics(including general data and disease-related data)were analyzed by two independent sample t-test or one-way ANOVA.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between patients’ coping style,self-efficacy and self-perceived burden, and a multiple linear regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors closely related to patients’ self-perceived burden.Results:1.In this study,120 patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation were investigated. The average score of self-perceived burden scale of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation was 24.71 ±7.57,which was at a mild level. The highest score of item 3,"I think it will cost too much to take care of me",was 2.88±1.26.This was followed by item 2,"I am worried that caregivers will have to bear more responsibility for helping me" and item 8,"I think I have brought financial difficulties to my caregivers",with scores of 2.82 ±1.23 and 2.73 ±1.15.2.The total score of self-perceived burden was taken as dependent variable and the basic demographic data as independent variable for univariate analysis. The results showed that gender, place of residence, education level, occupational status, per capita monthly income, the number of pacemakers implanted, the type of pacemaker and the presence or absence of heart failure had influence on the self-perceived burden of patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The total score of self-efficacy of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation was 22.75 ±6.74.The average of face dimension, avoidance dimension and yield dimension in coping style were 18.11±3.23,15.75±2.47 and 7.78±2.42,respectively.The correlation between self-perceived burden score,self-efficacy and yield coping style of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation was analyzed. The results showed that self-perceived burden was positively correlated with yield coping style(r = 0.488,P < 0.001),and negatively correlated with self-efficacy(r =-0.567,P < 0.001).4.Taking the self-perceived burden score of patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation as dependent variables, multiple linear regression analysis was conducted with statistically significant basic data such as gender, place of residence, education level, occupational status, per capita monthly income, number of pacemaker implantation, type of pacemaker, heart failure,self-efficacy and coping style as independent variables. Results the final regression included five variables: per capita monthly income, number of pacemakers installed, cardiac function classification,self-efficacy and submission. The results showed that the order of influence on self-perceived burden was self-efficacy,heart failure, yield coping style, per capita monthly income and the number of pacemakers implanted.Conclusion:1.The self-perceived burden of patients after permanent pacemaker implantation is widespread and generally at a mild level.2.Gender,place of residence, education level, occupational status, per capita monthly income, the number of pacemakers implanted, the type of pacemakers and the presence or absence of heart failure had influence on patients’ self-perceived burden.3.The self-perceived burden of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation was positively correlated with yield coping style and negatively correlated with self-efficacy.4.Self-efficacy,heart failure, yield coping style, per capita monthly income and the number of pacemakers implanted are the main factors affecting the self-perceived burden of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation. |
