ObjectiveThe purpose of this research is to investigate the level of self-perceived burden and the main influencing factors of the patients with enterostomy, according to different types of enterostomy patients for clinical medical staff taking individualized nursing and provide evidence for health education.MethodsFrom January 2017 to August 2017,choose the 107 patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery with enterostomy of a top three tumor hospital in Henan province as the subjects of this study, using general data questionnaire,Social Support Revalued Scale(SSRS),quality of life questionnaire for stoma patients(Stoma-QOL),Self-perceived burden scale for cancer patients(SPBS-CP)to survey.Using SPSS 13.0 for data analysis, statistical methods include statistical description(frequency, percentage, mean ±standard deviation),independent samples t test, single factor analysis of variance,Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis. The statistical description was used for the statistics of general data of patients with enterostomy.Independent sample t test and one-way annoy were used to analyze the difference of self-perceived burden in general data of patients with enterostomy.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between self-perceived burden, social support and quality of life.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the main influencing factors of self-perceived burden in patients with enterostomy.Results1.The level of self-perceived burden of enterostomy patients is at medium-level(59.78±11.29).The level of social support of enterostomy patients is at medium-level(36.11±3.60),the score of quality of life is(42.07±3.81).2.The self-perceived burden of enterostomy patients single factor analysis of influencing factors: between different culture degree and family income of patients the difference of self-perceived burden score had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Different appetite of the patients self-perceived burden score also has the difference(P < 0.05).The self-perceived burden score of the patients with primary caregivers in good health than the general health of the patients is lower(P < 0.05).The self-perceived burden score of the preventive enterostomy patients is lower than permanent enterostomy patients(P < 0.05).The self-perceived burden of the patients that have enterostomy complications is much heavier than the patients without enterostomy complications(P < 0.05).3.Enterostomy patients self-perceived burden influencing factors of multiple linear regression analysis: Through the multiple linear regression analysis has four variables into the regression equation, respectively is: health status of primary caregivers, family income, enterostomy type and enterostomy complication.According to the standardized regression coefficient of regression equation, the influencing of enterostomy patients' self-perceived burden was :(1)family income;(2)health status of primary caregivers;(3)enterostomy type;(4)enterostomy complication.4.The social support and quality of life are negatively correlated to the self-perceived burden.Conclusions1.Enterostomy patients self-perceived burden is in the medium level, demographic data and colostomy in different intestinal colostomy patients self-perceived burden level also vary, but this situation need to cause the attention of medical personnel;2.Enterostomy patients social support is in a moderate level, social support and quality of life negatively correlated to the self-perceived burden,self-perceived burden level is different, the quality of life is also very significant difference,self-perceived burdens one of the important factors affecting patients quality of life;3.By single factor and multiple linear regression analysis results, the self-perceived burden of intestinal colostomy patients influence factors include: household income, the health situation of main caregivers, the types of colostomy, and enterostomy complications.
