Objectives:In this study,we investigated the level of self-perceived burden in patients with radical cervical cancer who had already received surgery, and discussed the main factors influencing the level of self-perceived burden, and provided theoretical reference for guiding clinical practicing. Methods:Through the questionnaire and interview as the research object were conveniently selected from department of gynecology in four first-class hospitals from March 2018 to September 2018 in Changchun.Patients treated 276 cases of radical cervical cancer patients, issued a total scale of 276 copies,257 copies of effective questionnaires, the effective recovery rate was 93.12%;the research tool is Self-designed basic information questionnaire,Self-perceived Burden Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,Chinese-version Strategies Used by People to Promote Health,Self-rating depression scale.Application of SPSS 20.0 software for statistical data analysis;using standard deviation frequency and rate and descriptive statistics, using t test, single factor variance analysis,Kruskal-Wallis H test, correlation analysis and multiple liner regression to analyze self-perceived burden and its influencing factors.Results:1.The score of self-perceived burden in patients with radical cervical cancer surgery was(33.79+4.70).2.Single factor analysis results showed that: the existence of religious beliefs, different residences and education standards, payment methods, different tumor stage, different healthy levels of caregiver, different surgeries and treatment methods in self-perceived burden difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).3.Spearman correlation analysis showed that perceived social support,self-management efficacy had positive correlation with self-perceived burden(r=-0.693,-0.720,P<0.05),the depression had negative correlation with self-perceived burden(r=0.382,P<0.05).4.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed: self-decompression,surgery method, the existence of religious belief, supports from friends, treatment method, family supports entered the regression equation.Conclusions:1.The score of self-perceived burden in patients with radical cervical cancer surgery was(33.79+4.70),at the moderate level.2.The existence of religious beliefs, different residences and education standards, payment methods, different tumor stage, different healthy levels of caregiver, different surgery and treatment methods have influence on patients' self-perceived burden.3.Perceived social support,self-management efficacy had positive correlation with self-perceived burden, the depression had negative correlation with self-perceived burden.4.Self-decompression,surgical method, religious belief, friend support, treatment method, family supports are the main factors affecting the self-perceived burden level of patients with radical cervical cancer after surgery.
