Clinical Experience Summary Of Professor Gong Xiaoyan’s Treatment Of Subacute Cough By Clearing Dryness And Moistening Lung

Objective: to collect and organize the outpatient cases of subacute cough treated by Qingzao Runfei by law within 3 years,to establish a database,and to analyze the data.Professor Gong Xiaoyan’s experience in the treatment of subacute cough by Qingzao Runfei was summarized in order to learn and inherit the tutor’s clinical treatment.Methods: From June 2017 to September 2019,Professor Gong Xiaoyan’s outpatient treatment of subacute cough patients in Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine was collected.Results :(1)Frequency analysis: In 300 cases,there were three syndrome types: warm dryness injury lung,deficiency of qi and yin,deficiency of lung yin,cold dryness attack lung and lung loss.In this study,158 drugs were used,33 drugs with frequency more than 60 times,which were regarded as high frequency drugs for subacute cough.To moisten the lung under the Qi medicine,clearing heat and nourishing Yin drugs;in the sexual taste of the meridian,mainly for taste sweet,sex slightly cold,return to the lung meridian drugs.(2)Relevance Rules: Among the 158 herbs in this study,Ophiopogon japonicus and Ziyuan,Duan Dong Hua,Beisha participate in Ziyuan,Duan Dong Hua,Bai Qian,Fritillaria thunbergii and Duan Dong Hua,Bai Qian also have strong correlation.(3)Clustering analysis :4 clusters of high frequency drugs were obtained by systematic clustering.Conclusion:This paper mainly discusses the experience of treating subacute cough with Qingzao Runfei rule of law,and summarizes the commonly used drugs,drug flavor Gui Jing,commonly used prescriptions and so on through data analysis,as follows:1.dryness is one of the main pathological factors causing subacute cough.Dry dry,easy to hurt body fluid.The treatment of subacute cough by Qingzao Runfei involves three syndromes: warm dryness injury lung,deficiency of qi and yin syndrome,cold dryness attack lung,lung loss syndrome and lung yin deficiency syndrome.2.In terms of drug use,according to the characteristics of dry evil and the different characteristics of warm and cold dryness,dialectical medicine.Mulberry leaves,wheat winter,north sand ginseng nourishing Yin Qing lung,bitter almonds,loquat leaves,hundreds moisten lung qi,reed root,mother Qing lung stomach,purple illa leaves solution loose cold,almond lung cough,summer,orange stem xuan lung phlegm and throat;cooked yellow,raw yellow heat cool blood,blood nourishing Yin,white peony,angelica blood and blood.Commonused prescriptions are dry rescue lung soup,mulberry apricot soup,nourishing Yin clear lung soup,apricot Su,sand ginseng wheat winter soup and other classical prescriptions.3.in the sexual taste to return to the meridian,mainly with Gan Han drugs to treat warm dryness,warm tonifying drugs to cool dryness,to return to the lung meridian drugs,dialectical auxiliary stomach,kidney and other meridian drugs,clear the viscera,Shengjin Runfei.
