Observation Of Winter Disease Clinical Curative Effect Of The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Yang Deficiency Cold Coagulation Syndrome

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of knee osteoarthritis by summer treatment for winter disease treatment of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type, provide another train of thought and method for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine orthopedic clinic during the period of January 2015 to July 2015 of patients,In accordance with the diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee joint, TCM Syndrome Differentiation for Yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome, cumulative 80 cases. According to Doll's clinical case random table method, 80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis(yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome) were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 40 cases of patients with oral administration sulfuric acid glucosamine capsules(three times a day, each 2 tablets), oral diacetate Niehaus Ryan capsule(4 weeks ago, 1 capsule daily, oral after dinner, after 2 times a day, each time 1 grain, after oral administration). The experimental group were treated with oral administration of glucosamine sulfate capsules(three times a day, each 2 tablets), oral diacetate Niehaus Ryan capsule(4 weeks ago, 1 capsule daily, oral after dinner, after 2 times a day, each time 1 grain, after oral administration) with three dog days acupoint sticking therapy, treatment time of the two groups are three months. After the end of treatment, two groups of patients were observed before treatment and after treatment, the winter three nine days of the VAS score, WOMAC score and traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation.Results:1. Group comparison: after treatment, the control group of two groups and the VAS score, WOMAC score before treatment were significantly decreased in two groups compared with before treatment had significant difference and significant difference((P < 0.05, P < 0.01); one nine days of two groups of patients control group and test group VAS score, WOMAC score than before treatment score decreased, compared with before treatment, both had statistical significance score(P < 0.05); control group VAS scores of two nine and three nine days, WOMAC score than before treatment score decreased, but compared with before treatment had no significant difference. No statistical significance(P > 0.05), test group VAS score, WOMAC score than before treatment score decreased, compared with before treatment, the scores were statistically significant(P < 0.05); 2. Between the two groups: after treatment and 19 days, two period, control group and experimental group in VAS score, WOMAC score and therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine, there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05); in 29 days, 39 days for two time periods, control group and experimental group in VAS score, WOMAC rating and the curative effect of TCM was statistically significant(P < 0.05) and very significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1. Method of treating winter disease in summer compared with oral drug therapy can improve Yang deficiency cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis pain in three nine days.2. Method of treating winter disease in summer compared with simple oral drug treatment, the WOMAC score of the knee osteoarthritis with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type was significantly lower than that of the three nine day.3. Method of treating winter disease in summer compared with simple oral medication, it can significantly reduce the incidence of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type knee osteoarthritis in three nine days.4. Method of treating winter disease in summer compared with oral drug therapy can significantly reduce the Yang deficiency type knee osteoarthritis in three nine days of cold, cold pain increase.
