Objective: To study the press the needle therapy for ischemic stroke patients with qi deficiency blood stasis constipation constipation symptoms, bowel movement properties and the influence of the quality of life,to explore a safe, effective, and can effectively relieve constipation is no side effect of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, reduce complications arising because of constipation in patients with ischemic stroke,in order to promote the recovery. Methods: On the premise of strictly following the inclusion criteria,104 cases of constipation patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in ischemic stroke were divided into two groups, namely observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group.Patients in control group and observation group were given conventional nursing therapy, conventional nursing therapy plus screw acupuncture therapy. The observation period of this test was 14 days. The observation indexes of the subject were evaluated on the day of enrollment, the third day and the 14 th day of enrollment, respectively. The final evaluation values were input into Excel and analyzed and compared with SPSS24.0.Results:1.Comparability of basic data between the two groupsThe basic information of patients in the two groups(such as gender, age, body mass index, ischemic stroke course, days of constipation, family residence and education level)was compared between the two groups, and the result was P > 0.05,which showed no statistical significance, indicating that the basic information of patients in the two groups was comparable.2.Comparison of constipation factorsThe possible constipation-related factors(such as water intake, dietary structure, defecation habits, and defecation environment)in the two groups were compared, and the result was P > 0.05,which was not statistically significant, indicating that the two groups could be compared in terms of constipation-related factors.3.Comparison of constipation symptom self-rating scale scores between the two groups Before the experiment, there was no statistical significance in the score comparison between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable in terms of constipation symptoms. After two weeks of the experiment, the scores of both the observation group and the control group were lower than those before the experiment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups of patients could achieve good results after two weeks of the experiment.Among them, the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.Bristol scale scoreBefore the test, the scores of patients in the two groups were mostly in grade 2,and there was no significant difference in the scores of patients in the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable. On the third day of the test, the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicated that the observation group had improved the fecal traits earlier than the control group. After the test, the scores of 2 groups were higher than before, and the scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.5.Quality of life scale score for constipation patientsBefore the test, the physiological, psychosocial, degree of worry, degree of satisfaction and total scores in the quality of life scales of patients in the two groups were compared, and the results showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05),indicating that the four dimensions and total scores in the quality of life of patients in the two groups were comparable. After test, two groups of patients quality of life score and total score were lower than before the test, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that two groups of patients after two weeks of the test in all aspects of life quality is improved, and the observation group of physical, psychosocial, worry, satisfaction and the score of the five scores are less than the control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05),suggesting that the quality of life of observation group was higher than the control group.Conclusion:1.Press-needle therapy is effective in alleviating constipation symptoms of constipation patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in ischemic stroke.2.Press-needle therapy can improve the dry and hard state of feces of constipation patients with qi deficiency and blood syndrome in ischemic stroke.3.Press-acupuncture therapy can improve the quality of life of constipation patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in ischemic stroke.4.Snap acupuncture therapy can reduce constipation in patients with ischemic stroke, avoid the occurrence of complications,so as to promote the recovery of neurological function.5.Press-acupuncture therapy is safe, simple and effective. It is a characteristic nursing therapy of traditional Chinese medicine that is worthy of clinical promotion for relieving constipation.
