Purpose: Observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment in the stroke hemiplegia (syndromeof blood stasis due to qi deficiency) with eye needle and needle walking, to explore walkingselect the timing of the eye needle with a needle.Material and method: We collected the Affiliated Hospital of Changzhi City, ShanxiInstitute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Western diagnostic criteria60patients withischemic stroke (QDBS) convalescent patients with hemiplegia, and clinical neurologicaldeficit scores between6-25. According to the random number table in accordance with theratio of1:1were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There are30peoplein each group, patients in both groups Routine treatment of their underlying disease, thetreatment group received eye acupuncture therapy, after acupuncture instantly with the patient’s limb muscle strength enhancement walking with a needle.Control group treated with conventional body acupuncture, the two groups were treated for30days. After the end of the total course of treatment, according to Chinese medicine symptomscore, neurological deficit scores, activities of daily living score (ADL) scale before and aftertreatment were observed. To evaluate the clinical efficacy, and observe the treatment groupwalking with needles immediately after the first three acupuncture.Results:1. The ratings of the two groups in age, gender, disease duration and pre-treatment ofneurological function deficit, TCM symptoms, activities of daily living ability was nosignificant difference (P>0.05), comparable randomization of the two groups of patientsbefore treatment. 2. With needle acupuncture treatment group immediately after walking observation: Instantlywalking in the first acupuncture with needles, the incidence in two weeks-2positive rate is64.3%, the incidence in the positive rate of2-4months accounted for50.0%, the incidence ofpositive within4-6months the rate of0%, the second acupuncture were78.6%,50.0%, and0%, respectively, after the third acupuncture was92.9%,70.0%and16.7%. Thirdacupuncture total positive rate was70.0%.3. Chinese medicine symptom score: After treatment were significantly improved within thetwo groups, there were significant differences (all P <0.01), with statistical significance.Between the two groups after treatment was statistically no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment, the clinical symptoms have significantly improved, the total effective rate of96.7%and90.0%, respectively, by statistical analysis, the total effective rate was no significantdifference (P>0.05), not statistically significant.4. Neurological deficit scores: After treatment in two groups, there were significant differences(P <0.01), with statistical significance; between the two groups was statistically significantdifference (P <0.05); efficiency in the two groups, the treatment group was96.7%in thecontrol group was90.0%, the statistical analysis, the total effective rate was no significantdifference (P>0.05). The two groups markedly effective rate in the treatment group was60.0%,40.0%in the control group, the statistical analysis, the two groups markedly effective ratesignificant difference (P <0.05) was statistically significant.5. Activities of daily living score: Eye acupuncture can effectively improve the activities of dailyliving, that is more beneficial to the process of rehabilitation of patients.6. Safety and tolerability of the two groups of patients were good. Conclusion:1. The effect of eye needle immediately after acupuncture with needles walking is significant, and the stroke recovery course of disease in patients with a negative correlation, the shorter theduration the more obvious effects. The eye acupuncture with needles walking is not onlyconducive to the physical rehabilitation of patients, so that patients have a more optimisticpsychology, to establish the confidence to overcome the disease, better to psychologicalrehabilitation.2. In terms of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score: two treatments have a considerableeffect on the improvement of the clinical symptoms.3. Neurological deficit: eye acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms ofneurological deficit, prompting the patient ’s neurological function fast recovery.4. In activities of daily living, walking eye needle with a needle, joint specification rehabilitationtraining, can effectively improve the activities of daily living; the process of rehabilitation ofpatients will be more useful.5. The eye acupuncture treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia efficacy clinical widespreadreplication.
