Objective: To observe the effect of qinghuohua phlegm prescription combined with ear point pressing bean as a comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension in young and middle aged with phlegm heat syndrome differentiation. The effectiveness and safety of the treatment were evaluated preliminarily, which provided a new idea for the evaluation of the comprehensive intervention program of TCM combined with ear point pressing and bean pressing and reducing blood pressure drugs under the syndrome differentiation of TCM.The theory of internal and external treatment of TCM was integrated into modern medicine to seek and enrich the treatment methods with more effect and applicability for the disease.Method:72 patients were included in the clinical patients in this study for one year, all of them were from the outpatient department of cardiovascular medicine and the treatment area of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from January2020 to January 2021.According to the time sequence of clinical visit, the patients were randomly included in the experimental group and the control group, each group included 36 cases. The control group was treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonate as the basis. The experimental group was treated with qinghuohua phlegm prescription combined with ear point pressing bean on the basis of the control group. The treatment observation course of the two groups was 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the efficacy of two groups in reducing blood pressure, improving the effectiveness of TCM symptoms and the safety of comprehensive therapy were evaluated. The two groups of clinical data collected were entered into the computer and analyzed by spss19.0 statistical analysis software.Result:1.The total effective rate was 94.44% in the experimental group and 83.33% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in the effect of room blood pressure and24 h ambulatory blood pressure(p < 0.01),which showed that both groups could effectively reduce blood pressure There were significant differences in systolic blood pressure,24 hSBP,NSBP and dSBP among the groups(p < 0.05),and the effect of reducing blood pressure was more obvious in the experimental group.2.The total effective rate was 94.44% in the experimental group and 83.33% in the control group(p < 0.05).After treatment, there was significant difference among the two groups(p < 0.05),which showed that both groups could effectively improve the symptoms of TCM,and the other groups could improve the symptoms of dizziness, headache, heavy head such as wrap, vomiting and saliva, there were significant statistical significance(p < 0.01),the effect of test group was more obvious,in improving chest tightness, irritability and red urine symptoms(p < 0.05),the effect of test group was more obvious,in improving palpitation, insomnia, dry mouth, constipation, there was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: It is of clinical significance to use qinghuohua phlegm prescription combined with ear point pressing bean as a comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine to reduce the blood pressure level of primary hypertension patients(phlegm heat syndrome),especially the level of systolic pressure. It is of clinical significance to improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, especially in improving vertigo, headache, head weight such as wrapping, vomiting, phlegm salivation and urine deficit.
