Study On The Correlation Between Shen Qinrong’s Thoughts On Treating Injuries And Shao School’s Febrile Diseases

Objective To summarize Shen Qinrong’s thoughts on the treatment of injury,explore the correlation between them,expand the diagnosis and treatment of bone injury,and explore a new model for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine schools in local areas.Methods 1.To understand its academic thought,diagnosis and treatment features and research progress through reading the original work of Popular Treatises on Typhoid Diseases and related research literature.2.Through studying the articles and works written by Professor Shen Qinrong and his follow-up practice,this paper summarized his academic thoughts and clinical experience of applying Shao school theory to the diagnosis and treatment of bone and injury diseases.3.This paper discusses the relevance and significance of shen shi’s thought of treating injury in shao school typhoid fever from the aspects of working experience,learning and cultivation,the correlation between seasonal disease and bone disease,inheritance and innovation.Results 1.Shaopai typhoid fever unique academic thought and diagnosis and treatment features:①Cold and temperature unification theory.Syndromes differentiation of three focal points and syndrome differentiation of qi and blood were combined with syndrome differentiation of six channels.②cure when the disease,Chongyang Ming.Yangming dry fire and syndrome,disease will return to Yangming for a long time.③for evil to leave the way out,the treatment of typhoid fever to open Yu first,treatment of wet through them.④The use of medicine is still light.Use light Ling,like to use fresh food,medicine juice.⑤ Recuperate after remission.Will be remission after the conditioning of medicine,daily life,diet.2.Shen Qinrong’s thoughts on wound treatment include:① The head protects the spleen and stomach.The importance of spleen and stomach was emphasized by treating spleen and stomach with Yin soil and Yang soil separately and strengthening spleen in the treatment of fracture delayed healing.② treatment of wet living method.From different seasons,wet points inside and outside,cold and hot,combined with the patient’s physical clearing damp.(3)combination of treatment and nourishment.To cream prescription,medicine and food of the same origin of the product and practice methods to treat osteoarthropathy.Good at using medicine.Use medicine pairs from three aspects:mutually reinforcing,contrary and mutually reinforcing.Conclusion 1.Shen Shi’s work experience and education is the first factor that Shen Shi’s thought of treating injury is integrated with Shao-school typhoid fever.2.The compatibility of basic theory,diagnosis and treatment methods and medication experience between musculoskeletal diseases and seasonal diseases is the second factor of their fusion.3.Dr.Shen applied Shao-school typhoid thought and experience to the treatment of bone and muscle diseases,expanded the thinking of orthopedics and traumatology,which was a new exploration of the inheritance and innovation of traditional local schools of Chinese medicine.
