The Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome And Treatment To Lei-typhoid In Shanghai Zabing Lun

Shanghan Zabing Lun is written by Medical sage–Zhang zhong jing in Eastern Han dynasty, published in end of Eastern Han dynasty and lost due to wars. Through the continuous collection of doctors later, Shanghan Zabing Lun and Jingui Yaolue Fanglun(in short Jingui Yaolue or Jin Gui)came out one after another. Shanghan Zabing Lun plays an important role in treatment of Clinical Medicine, therefore regarded as model by doctors later, and researched deeply from different aspects. The subject is aimed at enriching the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome and treatment to Lei-typhoid in Shanghan Zabing Lun and lying theoretical foundation for the clinical diagnosis and treatment, though the research to Lei-typhoid.The study includes four parts:First part: explore the source of"Lei-typhoid". Firstly find out the original meaning of"Lei"from Shuowen Jiezi,Ci Hai and other books. Secondly insight into the original meaning of"Lei-typhoid"from Nei Jing,Nan Jing and other classic works as well many philosophies, therefore to define its root and original meaning of"Lei-typhoid". Then find the beginning of"Lei-typhoid"in Shanghan Zabing Lun. Zhong jing recorded some disease with similar external symptoms to typhoid, although not clearly named, we can learn something and refer to the researches of doctors, then systematization the syndrome and treatment of"Lei-typhoid". Item 113 in Shanghan Lun and"Huhuo Bing"in Jin Gui.Baihe Huhuo Yinyangdu Bing, it writes"signs like typhoid fever","symptoms like typhoid fever"which shows the beginning of"Lei-typhoid"in Shanghan Zabing Lun.Second part: collect the disease symptoms. Accomplished the preliminary analysis and summarized through the three aspects including study methods, items select and standard, and item select results. Third part: study on syndrome and treatment of Lei-typhoid in Shanghan Zabing Lun. This part contains 2 aspects. Firstly discuss the etiopathogenisis of Lei-typhoid, analyze it by three parts: point of inner factor, external factor as well interaction between inner and external factor. Secondly study on the syndrome and treatment of Lei-typhoid. According to the items select result in part two and items features, discuss Lei-typhoid in two sides, one is discussion with prescription, the other is discussion without prescription. Discuss the content of Lei-typhoid in Jin Gui separately by disease and syndrome. In a word, this part is to analyze the related contents from etiopathogenisis, the syndrome and treatment ect. Therefore extract the contents with regularity and contribute to comprehensive understanding of Lei-typhoid in Shanghan Zabing Lun therefore to inherit Zhong jing medical theory.Fourth part: Example of Lei-typhoid. Take two cases for example, shows the importance and necessity of this research. Meanwhile we should carefully analyze four diagnostic information in clinic medical, especially distinguish for Lei-typhoid, therefore avoided misdiagnosis.In conclusion, this study takes all the items of Shanghan Zabing Lun as research subject, to make the disease information systematic and theoretical. Summarize and sort the related information of Lei-typhoid. There is very important infection in this study of searching the original ideas of Lei-typhoid, as while enriching the syndrome and treatment, then to inherit Zhong jing medical theory.
