Clinical Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of Combination Of Back-Shu And Yuan-Source & Five Shu Acupuncturepoints With Reinforcing Mother Point Method In Treating Osteoporosis With Liver And Kidney Insufficiency

ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect of acupuncture method of Back-Shu and Yuan-Source& Five shu acupuncturepoints with Reinforcing Mother Point Method in the osteoporosis with liver and kidney insufficiency and the changes of BMD,β-CTX,TCM syndrome score and quality of life(SF-36)score analyze the therapeutic and safety.To provide clinical basis for the treatment of osteoporosis by Back-Shu and Yuan-Source & Five shu acupuncturepoints with Reinforcing Mother Point Method.Method72 patients of osteoporosis with liver and kidney insufficiency were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basis of anti-osteoporosis drugs.The observation group was treated with acupuncture method of Back-Shu and Yuan-Source & Five shu acupuncturepoints with Reinforcing Mother Point Method.13 weeks of clinical trials were conducted,Three times a week.After the treatment,BMD T,β-CTX,TCM syndrome score,SF-36 of the two groups were compared to analyze the difference of clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions and adverse events were recorded during the experiment.Spss22.0 was used for statistical data processing and analysis.Result(1)There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of the disease,BMD T,β-CTX,TCMsyndrome score,eight dimension score of SF-36 between the two groups((49)>0.05);(2)After the treatment,acupuncture treatment group total effective rate was 90.90%,control group total effective rate was 67.64%,the acupuncture group is higher than the control group((49)<0.05);(3)After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups were all declined,and the score of acupuncture group decreased more significantly((49)<0.05);The Physical Functioning,Role-Physical,Bodily Pain,General Health scores of the two groups were all improved((49)<0.05),and the score of acupuncture group enhanced more significantly((49)<0.05).And after the treatment the Mental Health score of acupuncture group was obviously enhanced((49)<0.05).(4)After the treatment,the β-CTX value of the two groups were all declined,and the value of acupuncture group decreased more significantly((49)<0.05);Two groups after treatment in patients with bone mineral density compared with before treatment,the average of BMD T value density increased,suggesting that the overall bone was not decreased,increased,but the difference was not statistically significant((49)>0.05);Between the two groups after treatment BMD T value,there was no significant difference((49)>0.05).ConclusionBack-Shu and Yuan-Source & Five shu acupuncturepoints with Reinforcing Mother Point Method treatment has a certain effect on the osteoporosis with liver and kidney insufficiency,and can effectively improve the bone metabolism,TCM symptoms and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of reference for clinical treatment.
