The Experimental Study Of The Acupuncture Point Relative Peculiarity By Expressing Of The NO And MDA In The Heart Organizes Of Myocardial Ischemia Rat

Objective:We acupuncture acupoint Xinshu,Shenshu,Shenmen, Taixi,Chengshan,the non-points and non-meridian to treat rat with cerebral hemorrhage,and do the research by observing the changes of tissue factor NO,MDA of the heart organization.we expect to find out the characteristic of acupoints and specific correlated regularity between certain acupoints and the corresponding target organMethods:1 Healthy male Wistar rats 80 and weighing 220-250 grams,the rats were divided into eight groups,each with 10,to part blank group,mode groupl,Xinshu acupuncture group,Shenshu acupuncture group,Shenmen acupuncture group,Taixi acupuncture group,Chengshan acupuncture group,the non-points and non-meridian acupuncture group,2 sublingual injection of pituitrin to prepare model of myocardial ischemia3.Acupuncturing method:after conventional disinfection, rect-Acupuncture acupoints with Hua licensing stainless steel needles(0.35×15mm),and then keep the needles for 30 minutes,during which twist the needles twice.Each group should take acupuncture for seven days.4,operate a sudden death to rats,and pike out brain and myocardial tissue for indicator NO,MDA detection.5.At last,do statistical analysis on experimental statistical data by SPSS13.0.Results:In NO and MDA of the myocardial ischemia rat model,the model group has significant difference(P＜0.01)compared with blank group,In NO there is difference(P＜0.01)between xinshu group and Shenmen group compared with the model group there is no difference between xinshu group and Shenmen group;In MDA xinshu group and Shenmen group the model group have significant difference(P＜0.01)compared with the model group, shenshu group has difference(P＜0.05)compared with the model group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture xinshu and shenmen Points can have a better myocardial protective effect,compared with taixi point and the non-points and non-meridian, acupuncture xinshu Point and shenmen point,there is significant relatively specificity between acupoints and target organ:acupoints on the focus of the target organ.2. Acupuncture Shenshu point can remove better free radicals and have a protective effect on myocardium,then acupuncture Shenshu points only has general(relative)specificity regularity to target organ of the heart.3.Acupuncture xinshu Point,Shenshu point and shenmen point have a better myocardial protective effect,rather than the non-points and non-meridian has no myocardial protective effect on myocardial ischemia in rats,then that there is different effects between the acupoints and non-acupoints.4.Acupuncture the same meridians acupoints xinshu,Shenshu and chengshan points,the xinshu and Shenshu point has protective effect on myocardium,and no protective effect of chengshan point and then come to variability of the indication effet in the same Meridian acupoints.
