| Resrarch objective:The study was to observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine cream of Dongzhimen Hospital Breast Disease and Auricular Point Sticking,which is widely used clinically,and to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Chinese heral cream on hyperplasia of mammary glands.The curative effect provides a new research idea and a certain reference value for the clinical treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands in the future.Methods:60 patients with moderate and severe stagnation of liver-qi syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by SPSS21.0 statistical software.The patients in both groups were treated 14 days before menstruation,treated once a day,14 times as a course of treatment,completed within 1 month.The treatment group was treated by wet application of local Chinese medicine of mammary gland,and the control group was treated by auricular point pressure pill.Before,during and after the treatment of patients with breast pain,breast swelling,patient mood TCM syndrome score,curative effect and safety index were evaluated and analyzed systematically.Results:?Basic indexes:before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,marriage,breastfeeding,menstruation,education level,breast surgery,psycho-mood and so on(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was comparable to the control group.?Comparison of breast pain relief:before and after treatment,the score of breast pain in the two groups was significantly decreased,and the score of breast pain in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The score of breast pain in the treatment group before and after treatment was(6.23±0.94).(2.37±1.18),(P(P<0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The score of breast pain before and after treatment in the control group was(5.73±1.08),(3.33±1.78),(P<0.05.There was significant difference between the two groups.The score of breast pain grade after treatment in the treatment group and the control group was tested by rank sum The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).?Comparison of the efficacy of breast mass dissipation:the largest diameter of breast mass was significantly decreased in both groups before and after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The maximum diameter of breast mass before and after treatment in the treatment group was(2.25±0.52)cm,(1.01 ±0.25)cm,(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The maximum diameter of breast mass before and after treatment in the control group was(2.62±0.63)cm,(1.65 ±0.42)cm,(P<0.05).The maximum diameter of breast mass in treatment group and control group was tested by rank test(P<0.05).0.05,the difference was statistically significant.?The evaluation criteria of TCM syndromes:both the treatment group and the control group could improve the TCM symptoms,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the treatment group was(6.43 ±2.99),(0.97±0.89),P<0· 05,respectively.The difference was statistically significant.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the control group were(6.43±2.99),(0.97±0.89),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The scores of TCM syndromes in the control group and the treatment group were tested by rank sum test(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.?Depression:both groups had significant improvement before and after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The patients in the treatment group were normal in 11 cases,mild depression in 15 cases,moderate depression in 4 cases and severe depression in 0 cases before treatment.After treatment,the depression was normal in 19 cases,mild depression in 8 cases,moderate depression in 3 cases,severe depression in 0 cases(,(P<0 05).In the control group,12cases of normal,16 cases of mild depression,2 cases of moderate depression and 0 cases of severe depression were found in the control group,and the depression was normal in 11 cases after treatment.There were 18 cases of depression,1 case of moderate depression and 0 cases of severe depression(P<0.05).The scores of depression in the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).?Anxiety:the anxiety of the two groups improved obviously before and after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.In the treatment group,19 cases were normal,7 cases were mild anxiety,1 case was moderate anxiety and 3 cases were severe anxiety before treatment.After treatment,there were 22 cases of normal,5 cases of mild anxiety,2 cases of moderate anxiety and 1 case of severe anxiety.The difference was statistically significant(,(P<0.05).The anxiety in the control group was normal in 15 cases,mild anxiety in 11 cases,moderate anxiety in 2 cases,severe anxiety in 2 cases and normal in 16 cases and mild anxiety in 1 case after treatment.There were 1 case,2 cases of moderate anxiety and 1 case of severe anxiety.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety grade scores of the treatment group and the control group were tested by rank sum test(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.?In the treatment group,17cases(56.7%)were cured,10 cases(33.3%)were effective,3 cases(10%)were effective,0 cases(0%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 100%.The,(P was tested by Chi-square method.The difference was statistically significant.In the control group,8 cases(26.7%)were cured,11 cases(36.7%)were effective,7 cases(23.3%)were effective and 4 cases(13%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 87%(P<0.05).Chi-square test of,(P between treatment group and control group<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Research conclusion:This study compared the two groups before and after the treatment of breast pain relief,breast mass dissipation,mood improvement,TCM syndromes improvement and so on,analysis of the following conclusions:?Self-made Chinese medicine ointment membrane dampness and heat compress auricular points for moderate and severe patients with liver stagnation Qi stagnation type of milk pain treatment,the curative effect is positive;?Self-made traditional Chinese medicine plaster film wet-hot application of auricular points to relieve breast pain,dissipate breast masses,improve mood,improve TCM syndrome,the effect is obviously better than simple auricular point pressure pill patients;?There was a significant difference in the effect of emotional changes between the ear-point group and the ear-point group treated with self-made plaster film and wet-heat compress.Moreover,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the use of drugs in vitro,which can evade some adverse reactions caused by oral administration and have positive sociological value.?The self-made traditional Chinese medicine plaster film,taking soothing the liver and regulating qi and relieving depression,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,has obvious effect,convenient operation,high safety,and has certain clinical application and popularization value for moderate and severe patients with breast pain of liver depression and qi stagnation type. |
