| Objective: The project,based on the method of detoxification and tonifying deficiency,combined with the method of opening Xuanfu to guide the evil out,is for the treatment of early diabetic kidney disease patients with herbs.Evaluating the clinical effects,and to develop new thoughts and methods,through the comparison of clinical symptoms and physicochemical indexes of the subjects before and after.Methods: All the 72 subjects are randomly divided into two groups: the Treatment Group and the Control Group.Each of them are made up of 36 subjects.Both groups are treated with conventional basic treatment,besides,the Control Group is treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction,and the Treatment Group is treated with Kaixuan Qufeng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction.The two groups will be observed for three courses,and a course consists of four weeks.Before and after the treatment,the two groups are compared of the efficacy index which includes the score points of TCM syndromes、Fasting plasma glucose(FPG)、2 hour postprandial glucose(2hPG)、 Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)、 Urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(ACR)、Urinary microalbuminuria(UMA)、β2-Microglonulin(β2-MG),and the safety index contains the routine test of blood and urine、the function of hepatic and renal.Results: After treatment,the Treatment Group is improved in FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、ACR、UMA、β2-MG significantly,and is more effective than the Control Group in reducing the level of ACR、UMA、β2-MG(P<0.05),but is the same in improving the glucose metabolism(P>0.05).Conclusion: The research suggests that the method of Kaixuan Dispel wind,based on the principle of toxic-inducing renal collaterals,can treat early diabetic kidney disease(syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin with blood-stasis),and improve clinical symptoms evidently、reduce the level of ACR、UMA、β2-MG.In the course of treatment,no serious adverse reactions were found,which has certain safety and can be further promoted. |
