| Objectives: According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine research method,comparison conforms to in stageⅢ~Ⅴof CKD GFR59-10 ml/(min·1.73 ㎡),traditional Chinese medicine dialectical belong to two insufficient patient of spleen and kidney,nourish spleen kidney and eliminate turbid dampness and invigorate the circulation of blood treatment against fibrosis factor the influence of the expression of VEGF,validate “Nourish spleen kidney treatment is fundamental,is the core of the Anti-kidney Fibrosis” this hypothesis.Methods: This research selected the cases for heilongjiang TCM hospital kidney five outpatient and ward between January to December in 2016,in stageⅢ~Ⅴof CKD,GFR59 ~ 10 ml/(min·1.73 ㎡),the primary disease,chronic glomerular nephritis aged 30-70,a total of 30 patients.Through the treatment of bupishenhuazhuohuoxuefang,experimental observation of 8 weeks,urine and venous blood were collected in before and after treatments for 4 and 8 weeks,Test the blood pressure,blood routine andurine routine,renal function,urinary albumin/creatinine,with ELISA method to detectthe serum and urine of antifibrosis factor VEGF were analyzed,to observe the influence of VEGF in the antifibrosis in patients with CRF by nourish spleen kidney and eliminate turbid dampness and invigorate the circulation of blood treatment.Result: After treatment of bupishenhuazhuohuoxuefang,the patient symptom score improved significantly(P<0.05);e GFR did not change significantly(P>0.05);Serum and urine levels of VEGF were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Nourish spleen kidney and eliminate turbid dampness and invigorate the circulation of blood treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CRF deficiency syndrome.2.After the treatment of nourish spleen kidney and eliminate turbid dampness and invigorate the circulation of blood,renal function is basically stable.3.Nourish spleen kidney and eliminate turbid dampness and invigorate the circulation of blood treatment can significantly improve the expression of anti-fibrosis factor VE GF. |
