| Objective:By collecting 60 cases of ophthalmoplegia patients, comparing the examination records of diplopia and eye oblique degree between the treatment group and the control group, and observing the improvement of dizziness, nausea and compensatory head posture, this paper discusses the clinical efficacy and promotion value of electroacupuncture Fengchi and Touwei combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of ophthalmoplegia. Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with ophthalmoplegia in the acupuncture clinic and treatment area and the ophthalmology clinic and treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to October 2020 were collected and randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, while the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture Fengchi and Touwei combined with conventional acupuncture,30 minutes each time, once a day,10 days as a course of treatment. The evaluation was conducted after 6 courses of continuous treatment, with 2 days of rest between each course. The clinical scores of diplopia degree, eye oblique degree, dizziness, nausea and compensatory head posture of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed with SPSS data processing software to observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture Fengchi and Touwei in the treatment of ophthalmic paralysis. Results: After the treatment, the comprehensive analysis of the results of the treatment group and the control group showed that: electroacupuncture Fengchi and Touwei combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of ophthalmoplegia was significantly more effective than conventional acupuncture alone(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.33%.The total effective rate of control group was 80.00%.After analysis, the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture Fengchi and Touwei combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of ophthalmoplegia is more effective than conventional acupuncture.Electroacupuncture stimulation of acupoints can adjust the human body’s viscera function,so that improve the blood circulation around the eye, speed up the recovery of damaged nerves and muscles around the eye,so as to improve the clinical symptoms of ophthalmic paralysis patients. |
