Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis Of Liver-stomach Heat Retention Type By Oral Administration Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Bean

ObjectiveReflux esophagitis(RE)is one of the common diseases in the digestive system,and the morbidity is increasing and the burden of disease is increasing.Modern medical treatment,such as proton pump inhibitors and gastric mucosal protectants,has some limitations in efficacy,and requires long-term medication.The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of ChaihuShugan San and auricular point pressing with bean combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.MethodsSixty patients with liver and stomach yu febrile RE were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group.The observation group was treated with omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets combined with ChaihuShugan San and auricular point pressing with bean,while the reference group was treated with Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets for 8 weeks.After treatment,the clinical symptom efficacy,gastroscopy efficacy and anxiety score of the two groups were observed.ResultsAfter 8 weeks of treatment,the main clinical symptoms of patients in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),including heartburn,reflux acid,sternal discomfort,and reflux scores(P<0.01).The scores of main clinical symptoms in the observation group and the reference group were compared,among which the scores of heartburn,acid regurgitation and food regurgitation in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05),while the scores of food regurgitation in the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group and the reference group showed significant efficacy under gastroscopy(P<0.01),and the comparison between the two groups showed that although the effective rate in the observation group(96.30%)was higher than that in the reference group(92.86%),the difference in the efficacy of gastroscopy between the two groups was not significant after non-parametric test(P>0.05).After treatment,SAS scores of both the observation group and the reference group were improved,and SAS scores osignificant f the two groups were lower than those of the observation group,showing a difference(P<0.01).ConclusionOral ChaihuShugan San and auricular point pressing with bean combined with omeprazole can effectively improve the main clinical symptoms of RE patients with liver-stomach yu febrile type RE,reduce their anxiety level,and have certain advantages over western medicine treatment alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
