Application Of Medical Magnifying Glass In Parotid Gland Benign Tumor Surgery

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of benign parotid tumors assisted by medical magnifying glass.Methods:From January 2019 to January2021,94 patients with parotidectomy and facial nerve dissection were collected,including65 patients in magnifying glass group and 29 patients in naked eye group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage and postoperative complications of the two groups were recorded.The patients were followed up regularly by outpatient and telephone.Results: There was no significant difference in gender,age,tumor location,course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)The results of comparison between the two groups showed that: compared with the naked eye group,the magnifying glass group had less intraoperative blood loss and shorter operation time,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the difference of postoperative nerve function grading between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in salivary fistula,great ear nerve injury and taste sweating syndrome between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Medical magnifying glass assisted parotid gland benign tumor surgery,operation time is short,less bleeding,reduce postoperative facial nerve reaction,in line with the principle of minimally invasive surgery,is worth strengthening clinical promotion and practice.
