Preliminary Clinical Study On The Role Of Thymalfasin In Breast Cancer Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the effect of Thymalfasin for injection on the immune function、bone marrow suppression、liver function and gastrointestinal reaction of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.To explore the effect of Thymalfasin on improving the immune level of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy,And can reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy,To provide clinical basis for chemotherapy combined with Thymalfasin in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and receiving chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were collected and divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Observation group(received chemotherapy combined with injection of Thymalfasin twice a week,Among them:chemotherapy for 21 days as a cycle,a total of four cycles;The dose of Thymalfasin injection: 1.6mg/ time,24 times in total),the control group(chemotherapy alone),peripheral blood before chemotherapy and after four cycles of chemotherapy were collected,and the changes of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,white blood cells,neutrophils,platelets and liver function were observed.Results:(1)The CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels of the observation group after receiving four cycles of chemotherapy were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.001),CD8+ is lower than the control group(P <0.05)(2)The incidence of decreased leukocytes,neutrophils and platelets in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05)(3)ALT and AST in control group after chemotherapy were higher than those in observation group(P <0.05)Conclusion:(1)Thymalfasin injection(twice a week,24 times in total)during chemotherapy can increase the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and reduce CD8+,suggesting that it can improve the immunosuppressive status of patients after chemotherapy.(2)Compared with chemotherapy alone,Chemotherapy combined with Thymalfasin can reduce bone marrow suppression,and to a certain extent maintain liver function at a normal level.
