Objective: To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of Tim-3 +CD4 + T cells and Galectin-9 + M and human papilloma virus(HPV)typing in peripheral blood of patients with cervical lesions. Methods: The experimental results were compared with those in the cervical cancer(CC)group, the cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(SIL)group, and the chronic cervicitis group Cervicitis(CCS)group were tested for HPV and divided into HPV-positive and HPV-negative patients.HPV-positive patients were divided into high-risk infected patients,low-risk infected patients, multiple infected patients, and single infected patients according to HPV type. The expression levels of Tim-3+CD4+T cells and Galectin-9+M in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry. Results: The expression levels of Tim-3+CD4+T cells and Galectin-9+M in peripheral blood of HPV-positive patients were significantly higher than those of HPV-negative patients(P<0.05).The expression levels of Tim-3+CD4+T cells and Galectin-9+M in patients with high-risk infection were significantly higher than those in patients with low-risk infection(P<0.05).The expression levels of Tim-3+CD4+T cells and Galectin-9+M in patients with multiple infections were higher than those in patients with single infection(P<0.05).The expression levels of Tim-3+CD4+T cells and Galectin-9+M in CC group were significantly higher than those in SIL group and CCS group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tim-3 and Galectin-9 may be related to cervical lesions HPV infection and play an important role in the development of cervical lesions. |
