Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma tau protein level and other hematological indexes in PD cognitive impairment. To explore the predictive value of tau protein in cognitive impairment of PD.Methods: 1.75 cases of PD and 25 cases of HC were collected.According to the score of Moc A scale,75 patients with PD were divided into three groups: PD-NCI,PD-MCI,PDD.There were 25 cases in each group.2.The level of plasma tau protein expression in PD group and control group was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The levels of Hcy,uric acid, serum iron, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum glucose, vitamin B12 and folic acid were measured by automatic immune and biochemical analyzer. The correlation between the results of Moc A scale and hematological indexes was analyzed.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson’s disease, and ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of tau protein level for cognitive impairment in Parkinson’s disease. Results: 1.The HAMD score of PDD patients was higher than that of PD-NCI patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The cognitive impairment of patients with PD cognitive impairment is mainly in terms of visual space and execution, attention and calculation, delayed recall, and orientation.3.The plasma tau protein level in the PD group was significantly higher thano healthy control group, and the plasma tau protein level in the PDD group was higher than the PD-MCI group, and the difference was statistically significant.4.The level of uric acid in the PDD group was higher than healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The level of homocysteine in the PDD group was higher than healthy control group,PD-NCI group and PD-MCI group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in the PDD group and PD-MCI group were significantly higher than those in the non-cognitive dysfunction group.5.Mo CA score is negatively correlated with tau protein level, homocysteine, depression score, and positively correlated with uric acid level.Tau protein level is negatively correlated with visual space and execution, attention and calculation, delayed recall,orientation.6.Logistic regression analysis showed that tau protein was a risk factor for cognitive impairment(OR=0.967),and uric acid was a protective factor for cognitive impairment(OR=1.014).7.The ROC curve indicates that the area under the plasma tau protein curve is 0.80(95%CI: 0.74 ~ 0.87),the sensitivity is 75%,the specificity is 87%,and the corresponding cut-off value is 164.00pg/ml.Conclusion: Plasma tau protein, uric acid, homocysteine, glycosylated hemoglobin, and depression may be the influencing factors of PD cognitive impairment.Tau protein has a good predictive value for PD cognitive impairment.PD patients with cognitive impairment have more significant impairments in visual space and execution, attention and calculation, abstract thinking, delayed recall, and orientation. |
