Clinical Study Of The Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis With Qingdan Pingni Decoction

Purpose:To study the clinical efficacy of using Qingdan Pingni decoction on treating Stagnated heat in bravery and stomach Syndrome of Bile Reflux Gastritis, in order to provide an effective drug of treating BRGMethod:Choose 61 patients in the Secondary Hospital of Fuzhou City diagnosed with Bile Reflux Gastritis (Stagnated heat in bravery and stomach).All the cases were dicided into two groups:the treatment group has 31 cases and the control group has 30 cases.There were no significant difference(P>0.05)in sex,age,course,symptoms,signs,gastroscoptic and pathological changes between two groups.The treatment group was given Qingdan Pingni decoction one serving of modified Qingdan Pingni decoction daily,half of each serving were taken after breakfast and the other half after supper,the control group was given Mosapride 5mg three times per day, half an hour before each meal;Talcid 1000mg three times per day, one hour after each meal chewed.15 days was one course of treatment,all two courses. Symptoms,signs,gastroscoptic and pathological changes of each group were compared before and after two courses of treatment between 10 days and one month.Result:1.Symptoms between the control and treatment group were obviously improved. Symptoms scores of two groups were different (analysis showed P＜0.05). The efficacy seen in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.Compared the two groups in terms of the efficacy in treating symptoms and signs of Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM), analysis showed P＜0.05, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The treatment group was much better than the control group.3. The control and treatment group both showed significant efficacy when compared the before and after results of gastroscopy and pathology, and effect.But it was equal(P>0.05) in improving mucosal atrophy, the efficacy of improving inflammation seen in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Qingdan Pingni decoction can improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously.2. Qingdan Pingni decoction can obviously improved bile Reflux and mucous membranes,inflammation under gastroscope.3. Qingdan Pingni decoction has not found significant side effects in clinical observation process.
