Clinical Effect Of Yu Qin Jie Du Prescription On AIDs Combined With Cough (Type Of Phlegm-fever Stagnating In The Lung ) Was Retrospectively Studied

Research purposes: To retrospectively analyze the clinical experimental results of 36 patients with AIDS and cough diagnosed as phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome by TCM diagnosis and treatment in Junchuan Town,Suizhou City,Hubei Province.To study the efficacy and safety of Yu Qin Jie Du prescription for this type of patients,and explore the anti-HIV virus activity related drugs in the Yu Qin Jie Du prescription Provide objective clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and basis for Chinese medicine to better treat patients with AIDS and cough.Research method: This article selects the implementation unit of the National TCM Prevention and Control AIDS Pilot Project in Wenjinjiayuan,Junchuan Town,Suizhou City,Hubei Province,who has treated TCM dialectical syndrome of phlegm-heat depression lung syndrome,and Western medicine confirmed patients with AIDS and cough as the research object.A total of 36 patients were enrolled in this trial.The test population was divided into a treatment group and an observation group with 18 cases each through the principle of randomization and double-blind.The two groups of patients will receive a week of treatment with Yu Qin Jie Du prescription or a blank placebo.At the time of enrollment,the patients’ CD4+ T lymphocyte counts,quantitative scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms before and after treatment,cough visual analogue score,blood routine and other changes were also observed.Safety indicators such as dangerous events,liver function,kidney function,urine and fecal routine,electrocardiogram,lung plain film were recorded,and the obtained data were analyzed statistically and the clinical efficacy and safety of Yu Qin Jie Du prescription were objectively evaluated.Descriptive statistical analysis was used to list the anti-HIV virus active drugs and targets in the Yu Qin Jie Du prescription Mianjian prescription Prescription,and to explore the mechanism and purpose of the single Chinese medicine in the prescription.Results: In terms of overall efficacy,the cure rate of the treatment group was 100.00% better than that of the observation group 88.89%.After statistical analysis,it was found that the overall symptom score,cough,and sputum of the treatment group showed a significant downward trend compared with the observation group,and there was a statistically significant(p<0.05).The number of patients in the treatment group who returned to normal on chest radiographs was significantly higher than that before treatment,and there was statistical significance in the comparison within the group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the observation group before and after the scores of major symptoms such as cough,soreness of waist and knees,cold limbs,and minor symptoms such as fever and fatigue(p>0.05).There were no significant differences in safety indicators such as liver function,kidney function,urine and stool routine,and electrocardiogram among the remaining patients in the group before and after treatment(p>0.05).Scutellaria,honeysuckle,licorice,and platycodon in the Yu Qin Jie Du prescription group retrieved through data search platforms such as CNKI and Pub Med can act on different targets during the HIV replication stage to exert antiviral effects.Conclusion: Yu Qin Jie Du prescription have obvious advantages in improving the overall symptoms of patients with AIDS and cough,alleviating the patients’ cough and sputum,helping the patients with the lungs to return to normal,shortening the course of the disease,and stabilizing the condition.At the same time,it can to a certain extent It is a prescription that inhibits HIV virus replication and has high safety and no toxic side effects and can be used in clinical treatment,providing a new diagnosis and treatment path and thinking for the treatment of AIDS with cough,phlegm-heat and stagnant lung syndrome.
