| Objective:To observe the effect of Xueqi invigorating blood formula on the treatment of ovarian cysts with stagnation of qi and blood stasis.The effectiveness of this method was assessed by comparison before and after treatment of the patient’s clinical symptoms,signs,and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,so as to explore an effective method for the treatment of ovarian cysts of the stagnation of qi and blood stasis type.Methods:This study screened 60 patients with qistagnation blood stasis type ovarian cyst from January 2019 to December 2020 at the gynecological hilum of garden Mountain hospital,Hubei Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),reference to a random number table,and the patients numbered according to the visit order successively were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,with 30 cases in each group,of which 2 cases dropped out during the treatment.Treatment methods in the treatment group:the subjects were all prescribed qi invigorating formula from the first day of menstruation by Professor Guo Rong,an oral mentor,and the Chinese medicines(TCMs)taken were provided from garden mountain pharmacy,Hubei Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),with the following composition:Poria cocos 15g,trilimbyl5g for peach Ren,15g for Curcumae Rhizoma,15g for Xiangfu,15 g for citrus aurantium,10g for Qingpi,10g for Qumai,15g for luluton,15g for saponin stab,15g for tangerine kernel,10g for litchi kernel,15g for bului Wang,and 15g for Ophiopogon japonicus.The method of administration was as follows:the first day of menstruation came to light,followed by oral administration of 400 ml of water decoction,divided twice,orally,and three months as a course.Control group all subjects took Hongjin Xijian capsules,provided by Hubei Provincial Hospital of Chinese medicine,which were all obtained from the pharmacy of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Chinese medicine,as drugs of the same batch number and were obtained from Yunnan Yousheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd(specification:0.4g per grain,Chinese pharmaceutical standard word z20026032),and their usage was oral,beginning on the first day of menstruation,once 4 pills,three times a day,and three times a month for a course of treatment.Three months later,the indicators such as ovarian cyst size and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the above indicators were analyzed by spss26.0 to evaluate the validity of the proposed method.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:after treatment,the difference in TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group,between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment,was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both Xingqi Huoxue Decoction and Hongjin Xiaojie Capsule had effects on reducing the TCM syndrome scores of patients,and the effect of Xingqi Huoxue Decoction was better than that of Hongjin Xiaojie Capsule.2.Size of ovarian cystsAfter treatment,the size of ovarian cysts in the treatment group and the control group decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both Xingqi Huoxue Formula and Hongjin Xiaojie Capsules can effectively reduce the size of ovarian cysts during medication,and the therapeutic effect of Xingqi Huoxue Formula is better than that of Hongjin Xiaojie Capsules.3.Comparison of total effective rate:The overall efficacy of all subjects after three months of treatment was observed.In the treatment group,28 cases were cured,2 cases were cured,11 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 82.14%;In the control group,30 cases were cured,0 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,12 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 56.67%.The overall treatment effect of the two groups was good,and the treatment effect of the Chinese prescription group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Safety:No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:based on the study of the relevant grading index statistics calculation analysis,observation line qi and the contrast of red gold disappear knot capsule for the treatment of ovarian cyst qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,can draw the following conclusion:give priority to with qi and line treatment of patients with ovarian cyst,qi stagnancy and blood stasis can effectively decrease the size of the ovarian cyst,and can significantly improve patients with symptoms of TCM,and drug safety. |
