Objective: To appraise the clinical effects of the Xingqi Huoxue method in the treatment of CHD and to provide clinical thinking and reference for the treatment of CHD with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: According to the systematic evaluation method,literature on the treatment of CHD by xing-qi and huoxue methods was retrieved from the databases of cnki,VIP,wanfang,Pub Med and Cochrane library,the time limitied before December 1,2019.The selected literature was screened step by step according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Finally,27 articles were included,with a total of 2213 patients.The outcome indexes observed in this study are: total clinical efficacy,angina pectoris efficacy,electrocardiogram efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,nitroglycerin reduction rate and adverse reactions.Finally,the extracted data were imported into Rev Man 5.3 software for Meta-analysis.Results:1.27 RCTs including 2213 patients accorded with criteria were included.There were 1135 cases in the treatment group and 1078 cases in the control group.The population baseline of the literature were relatively uniform,but the quality of the included literature was low,and the efficacy criteria were not uniform.The results of Meta-analysis showed that,compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences in the improvement of clinical efficacy(OR=2.65(95% CI[1.72,4.08])Z=4.40 P<0.0001),angina pectoris efficacy(OR=3.76(95% CI [ 2.85,4.96 ])Z = 9.35 P <0.00001),electrocardiogram efficacy(OR=1.92(95% CI[1.50,2.46])Z=5.19 P<0.00001),nitroglycerin reduction efficacy(OR=3.98(95% CI[1.54,10.25])Z=2.86 P=0.004),TCM syndrome efficacy(OR=5.15(95% CI[3.54,7.48])Z=8.59 P<0.00001),chest pain efficacy(OR=3.45(95% CI[2.02,5.89])Z=4.55 P<0.00001),chest tightness efficacy(OR=3.92(95% CI[2.31,6.66])Z=5.05 P<0.00001),palpitation efficacy(OR=2.79(95% CI[1.71,4.57])Z=4.11 P<0.0001),and shortness of breath(OR=2.59(95% CI[1.62,4.122])Z=4.00 P<0.0001).2.The regularity of 27 prescriptions was analyzed.Among the 27 prescriptions,64 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were used,which occurred 241 times.The Chinese medicines with more than 10 application frequency were Rhizome of Chuanxiong,Salvia mil,Licorice,Fructus aurantii,Chinses Angelica,pseudo-ginseng,Radix Bupleuri.The application frequency was more than 10 times,followed by Drugs for promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation,Promoting blood circulation and relieving paindrug,Qi regulating drugs,Qi invigorating drugs,Heat clearing and blood cooling medicine,Medicine of divergent wind and heat,Blood enriching drugs,Blood stasis removing and hemostatic drugs,Antipyretic and expectorant drugs.According to the frequency statistics,the five tastes were ranked from high frequency to low frequency,in the order of bitter >,octane b>,sweet>,acerbity >,salty>,and mild.The sequence of channel tropism is Liver > heart > spleen >Stomach > lung > gallbladder >pericardium > large intestine >kidney > bladder > small intestine.Conclusion:The research results show that the line blood and qi stagnation and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease(CHD)compared with control group,the curative effect of total effective rate,angina,efficient,electrocardiogram improvement and syndromes curative effect,nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate,chest pain,chest tightness,heart palpitations,shortness of breath differences,statistically significant differences,qi and that line of coronary heart disease may have certain advantages.The general adverse reactions of treating qi-stagnation and blood-stasis coronary heart disease with qi-huoxiao method were lower than those in the control group.But has some limitations because of the institute into literature,still need more high quality,large sample research for system analysis...
