| Objective The incidence of diabetes has been rising in recent years.As one of the many complications of diabetes,diabetic constipation is a serious threat to human physical and mental health.This paper aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Tongchang Decoction in the treatment of diabetic constipation through a randomized controlled trial,evaluate its safety,and explore its formulation principle and evidence of modern pharmacological research,so as to provide objective and strong evidence support for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods(1)This article collected patients from the Department of Endocrinology,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to September 2019,and selected 62 cases of diabetes patients with Qi and Yin deficiency.According to the principle of randomization,62 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The gender and age of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)On the basis of the original basic treatment plan of the two groups of patients,the control group was given mosapride citrate tablets orally;the treatment group was given the Yiqi Yangyin Tongchang Decoction,twice a day,200 ml,Take warm half an hour after breakfast and dinner.(3)By comparing the patient’s blood glucose,insulin resistance index,symptom score and efficacy,Wexner score,recurrence rate and other indicators before and after treatment,observe whether it is statistically significant to evaluate the treatment effect.Results(1)The number of cases actually completed:1 case in the treatment group and the control group fell off,and the actual number of completed cases was 60,and the treatment group and the control group each had 30 cases.(2)In terms of blood glucose control: After 4 weeks of treatment,FPG and 2h PG of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the blood glucose level of the patients(P<0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,FINS and HOMA-IR in the treatment group were significantly lower than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while FINS and HOMA-IR in the control group were not significantly different from before treatment(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes before and after treatment: the clinical curative effect of TCM syndromes after treatment in the two groups was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison of the scores of individual symptoms of Chinese medicine between the two groups: the scores of individual symptoms of the treatment group before and after the test(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the symptoms were significantly improved;The symptom scores of the control group before and after the test,dry mouth and polydipsia,fatigue,lack of breath and lazy speech,five upset fever,hot flashes,night sweats,other symptoms did not significantly improve(P>0.05),The difference was not statistically significant.The scores of other symptoms were compared(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the individual symptom scores of the two groups of patients were compared.The improvement of the individual scores of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(6)Constipation Wexner score: After treatment,the Wexner scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(7)Safety comparison: There was no special discomfort before and after the treatment of the two groups of patients,and the relevant safety indicators were not significantly abnormal before and after the treatment.The safety evaluations of the treatment group and the control group were both level 1,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(8)In terms of recurrence rate: During the 8-week follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 20.00% and that of the control group was 63.33%.Compared with the two groups,the treatment group had fewer recurrences than the control group for diabetic constipation(P<0.05).Conclusions: Modification of Yiqi Yangyin Tongchang Decoction can significantly improve the symptom score of patients with diabetes and constipation with deficiency of both qi and yin,which is beneficial to reduce the Wexner score of patients with constipation,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,Improve insulin resistance,and control the patient’s blood sugar.Yiqi Yangyin Tongchang Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of diabetic patients with constipation such as dry mouth and polydipsia,fatigue,lack of gas and lazy speech,feverish sensation over the five centers hot flashes,night sweats,and yellow urine,and improve the overall curative effect.This paper researches and discusses the principle of formulating the prescription and the basis for the argumentation of Yiqi Yangyin Tongchang Decoction,and summarizes the clinical experience of the tutor in treating diabetic constipation,which fully reflects the advantages and specialties of the motherland medicine.The treatment basis of Yiqi Yangyin Tongchang Decoction of the disease-based type has obvious curative effect,small side effects,high safety,and can be widely used in clinical practice. |
