Research On Professor Zhang Yongkang’s Experience In Using Jiawei Jingang Pills Based On Data Mining

Purpose This topic aims to further improve the knowledge and understanding of Jiawei Jingang Pills,summarize the prescription rules of Jiawei Jingang Pills,and expand the scope of clinical application of the prescription.If the research can achieve the expected results,it will provide new methods and ideas for the clinical application of Jiawei Jingang Pills.Method Collect and screen the effective cases of Professor Zhang Yongkang’s outpatient use of Jiawei Jingang Wan from January 2019 to December 2020.Finally,142 medical records that meet the criteria were obtained.The medical records were sorted and the patient’s gender,age,main symptoms,tongue and pulse were collected.,The used drugs and dosages are entered into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform System" one by one for statistical analysis,the results are derived,and the academic thoughts and medication experience of Professor Zhang Yongkang are summarized.Result1 Basic information of patients: The statistical results show that among 142 cases,56 are males and 86 are females,with a male-to-female ratio of 1:1.5.From the perspective of age distribution,the oldest is 89 years old,and the youngest is 18 years old.The distribution is mainly concentrated in the 30-59 years old,especially the 50-59 years old people are most common,mainly in the middle-aged and elderly,and Jiawei Jingang Pills are more used in middle-aged and elderly female patients.2 Tongue and pulse situation: the statistical results of tongue quality show that the pale tongue appears the most frequently in the tongue color,followed by the dark purple tongue,and the red tongue appears the least,accounting for 43.7%,38.7%,and 17.6%respectively.The tongue shape is the main one.There are tooth-marked tongues(28.4%)and fat tongues(22.5%),with fewer cracked tongues(1.4%);there are 7 kinds of tongue coatings,namely thin white coating,thin yellow coating,yellow greasy coating,white greasy coating,black coating,and dry Moss and flower peeling moss,of which thin white moss(57.8%)is the most,followed by thin yellow moss(22.5%),greasy moss and other tongue furs account for less.The statistics of pulse conditions involved 5 kinds of pulses:Huamai,Shenmai,thin pulse,slow pulse,and several pulses.The main pulse conditions were Huamai(118 cases)and Shenmai(110 cases).3 The main symptoms: The statistical results show that there are 15 main symptoms with frequency ≥10.Among them,limb soreness and back pain are the most frequent,accounting for 57.7%,followed by fear of cold(43%),insomnia,defecation The involved,of which 21 are those with a frequency of ≥20,and a total of 10 are drugs with a frequency of >100,followed by Achyranthes bidentata,Achyranthes,papaya,Dipsacus,Eucommia,Licorice,Cuscuta,Ligustrum lucidum,Rhizoma Drynariae,and the four Qi results of the medicines showed that: mild and flat medicines accounted for the most,accounting for 45.9% and 37.2% of the total doses,respectively.Cold,cold,and hot medicines were less;among the five flavors,Bitter(32.8%)and sweet(32.0%)medicines are the most common,followed by pungent medicines(22.0%),sour,salty,and astringent medicines are less;(1394 times),kidney meridian(1344 times),followed by spleen meridian and stomach meridian;there are 30 drug pairs with a frequency of ≥120 times,and the top seven drug pairs with the most frequent occurrence are Dipsacus-Yam rhizome(139 times),Achyranthes-Dipsacus-Dipsacus(139 times),Achyranthes-Dipsacus(139times),Dipsacus-Papaya-Dipsacus(137times),Dipsacus-Papaya(137times),Achyranthes-Dipsacus-Papaya-Yam rhizome(137 times),Achyranthes-Dipsacus-papaya(137 times),cluster analysis to get 6 new prescriptions.In conclusion1 Jiawei Jingang Pills mainly treat diseases with "arthralgia","back pain",and "failure syndrome".Most of the disease syndromes are deficiency syndrome and cold syndrome.The main pathogenesis is liver and kidney deficiency,cold dampness or damp-heat blocking the collaterals.Or combined with blood stasis block.2 Indications for use: Applicable population: mostly used for middle-aged and elderly female patients.Tongue and pulse characteristics: light tongue or dark purple tongue,or both tongue fat and large tooth marks,the coating is mostly thin white coating,and the pulse is thick and slippery.The main symptoms are pain in limbs,joints or lower back,sorrow,weakness,impaired activity,fear of cold,numbness,swelling and so on.3 Commonly used drugs and drug pairs: add or subtract drugs for nourishing liver and kidney,dispelling rheumatism,removing blood stasis and clearing meridian on the basis of the original prescription.Commonly used drugs for replenishing liver and kidney include Dipsacus,Psoralen,Drynaria fortunei,Ligustrum lucidum;Anti-rheumatic drugs include Weilingxian,Gentiana,etc.;drugs for removing blood stasis and collaterals include Passepartout,Caulis spatholobi,safflower,etc.Commonly used drug pairs include Dipsacus-Fructus,Achyranthes bidentata-Dipsacus-Fructus,Achyranthes-Dipsacus,Dipsacus-papaya-Fructus,Dipsacus-papaya,Achyranthes bidentata-Papaya-Fructus,Achyranthes bidentata-Continued Broken-papaya.4 Application of the new prescription: on the basis of the original prescription,combined with the new prescription based on the different symptoms,combined with the new prescription 1(dog’s spine,scutellaria,atractylodes,puerariae)for wind-cold invasion of the meridian,localized heat and pain;For those with impaired stools,use the new prescription 2(chenpi,scutellaria,Citrus aurantium,hemp seed);for those with impaired stools and partial yin deficiency,use the new prescription 3(dangerine peel,dogwood,licorice,hemp seed,roasted hemp seed).Licorice);For patients with insufficient liver and kidney essence and blood,and endogenous deficiency of fire,use New Recipe 4(Dipsacus,Eclipta prostrata,Digu Bark,Mulberry,Polygonum multiflorum);for patients with both blood stasis and obvious stinging pain,combined use New prescription 5(Angelica sinensis,Astragalus,Leech,Black medicine);For patients with severe kidney-yang deficiency,use new prescription
