Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of Lianshen Decoction combined with western medicine on the clinical symptoms, signs, auxiliary examinations and related laboratory indicators of patients with phlegm-blocking blood stasis syndrome after PCI,and to observe whether there are adverse reactions. Therefore,a more scientific evaluation can be drawn on the prevention and treatment of restenosis after PCI with Lian Shen Decoction, which provides new theoretical ideas and clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of restenosis after PCI with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods : From November 2019 to August 2020,94 patients with syndrome of phlegm obstruction and blood stasis after PCI in the cardiology ward of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected.Using a randomized controlled research method, the patients were equally divided into two groups:the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the control group. There were 47 patients in each group. The control group was given oral Bayaspirin enteric-coated tablets(100mg,Qd),clopidogrel bisulfate(75mg,Qd),and atorvastatin calcium(20mg,Qn)for treatment. On the basis of the control group, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group took 1 dose of Lianshen Decoction every day.The entire test process lasted 6months.After the treatment, the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment with angina symptoms,electrocardiogram,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,TCM syndrome scores, etc. After the treatment, the coronary angiography will be reviewed and the data will be statistically analyzed.Results:1.A total of 94 patients were included in this trial: 47 cases in the treatment group,2cases of shedding(2 cases were self-terminated),and 45 final cases;47 cases in the control group,1 case of shedding,1 case eliminated, and 45 cases of final case. After statistical analysis, the two groups of patients had no significant differences in gender, age,BMI,hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and the number of vascular branches before treatment(P>0.05).2.Comparison of the incidence of ISR after treatment: 6 of the 45 patients in the control group developed restenosis, and the restenosis rate was about 13.3%;2 of the 45 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group developed restenosis, the restenosis rate was about 4.4 %;The incidence of ISR in the western medicine control group was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The symptoms of angina pectoris in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment. The overall effective rate in the control group was about 84.4%,the overall effective rate in the Chinese medicine treatment group was about 91.1%,and the overall effective rate in the Chinese medicine treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in data(P>0.05).4.Comparison of angina pectoris symptom scores: The mean values of angina pectoris symptom scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were 24.04±3.66 and 24.82±3.43,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the mean scores of angina pectoris in the two groups were 13.51±3.55 and 10.27±3.26,respectively.The scores were all lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The symptoms of angina pectoris in the Chinese medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.After 6 months of treatment, the evaluation was performed according to the criteria for the efficacy of TCM syndromes: Among the 45 patients in the control group,12 were markedly effective,23 were effective, and 10 were ineffective. The overall effective rate was 77.8%;among the 45 patients in the TCM treatment group,17 were markedly effective,25 were effective, and 3 were ineffective. The overall effective rate was 93.3%.The overall effective rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Before treatment, the average hs-CRP of the two groups were 6.70±2.94 and 6.96± 2.40,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the average values of TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were4.22 ± 2.02,3.23 ± 1.50,and the values were all lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the decline in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.There was no significant difference in the levels of TG,TC,HDL,and LDL between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, all the indicators of the patients were improved compared with before, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).);Comparing the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with the control group, the TG level is statistically significant(P<0.01),and the TC,HDL,and LDL levels are statistically significant(P<0.05).8.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment. Conclusion: Compared with pure western medicine treatment, the addition of Lianshen Decoction has greater advantages in the treatment of patients with phlegm obstruction and blood stasis syndrome after PCI of coronary heart disease, such as reducing angina pectoris symptom score and TCM syndrome score, and improving patients’ TG,TC,HDL,and LDL levels, reduce the level of serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein, reduce vascular inflammation and so on.And the safety is good.
