| ObjectiveThrough the surface EMG technology,observe the changes of the surface EMG of Baduanjin on the core muscles of the waist and abdomen of healthy college students at different times,and explore the influence of Baduanjin on the core muscles of healthy college students.It provides new ideas for the application of Baduanjin exercises and core muscle rehabilitation training.MethodsThe 60 healthy college students who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the Baduanjin group(30 cases)and the blank group(30 cases)using the random serial number grouping method.The Baduanjin group received two sets of Baduanjin training(12 minutes for each group),with a 6-minute rest in between,and the total duration was 30 minutes.The blank group was not aligned for intervention.Every 7 days is a cycle,the first 5 days are the test period,and the last two days are the resting period,a total of8 cycles.The two groups recorded the upper erector spinae before the intervention(T0),after the first exercise in the first cycle(T1),after the fifth exercise in the eighth cycle(T2),and during the follow-up(T3)after 4 weeks.,Dynamic EMG signals of the lower segment of erector spinae,multifidus,upper rectus abdominis,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles.Results1.Analysis of the characteristics of the included subjects:The study finally included 60 healthy college students,including28 males,accounting for 46.67%,and 32 females,accounting for53.33%.At T0,the gender,age,and BMI of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05),and the general data were basically the same.2.Short-term Baduanjin’s effect on the surface EMG signal of the core muscles of the waist and abdomen(T0 and T1,T1):Compared with T0 and T1,the lower segment of erector spinae,multifidus,and lower rectus abdominis in the Baduanjin group The root mean square(RMS)of the external oblique muscle increased(P<0.05),and the average power frequency(MPF)had no significant difference(P>0.05).At T1,the root mean square value(RMS)of the lower segment of erector spinae,multifidus,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles of the Baduanjin group increased(P<0.05),and the average power frequency(MPF)was higher than that of the blank group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The long-term effect of Baduanjin on the surface EMG signal of the core muscles of the waist and abdomen(T1 and T2,T2):Comparing T1 and T2,the lower segment of erector spinae,multifidus,and lower rectus abdominis in the Baduanjin group The root mean square(RMS)of the external oblique muscles decreased(P<0.05),and the average power frequency(MPF)increased(P>0.05).At T2,the root mean square value(RMS)of the lower erector spinae,multifidus,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles of the Baduanjin group was lower than that of the blank group(P<0.05),and the average power frequency(MPF)Increase(P>0.05).4.The effect of Baduanjin on the surface EMG signal of the core muscles of the waist and abdomen during the follow-up period(T0and T3,T2 and T3,T3):Comparing between T2 and T3,the lower segment of erector spinae and multifidus muscle in the Baduanjin group The root mean square value(RMS)and average power frequency(MPF)of the lower segment of the rectus abdominis and the external oblique muscles were not significantly different(P>0.05).Comparing between T0 and T3,there was no significant difference in the root mean square(RMS)and average power frequency(MPF)of the lower segment of erector spinae,multifidus,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles in the Baduanjin group(P>0.05).At T3,there was no significant difference in the root mean square value(RMS)and average power frequency(MPF)of the lower erector spinae,multifidus,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles between the Baduanjin group and the blank group(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Short-term Baduanjin training can increase the muscle load of the lower erector spinae,multifidus,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles.It can exercise the lower erector spinae,multifidus,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles.The effect of muscle.2.Long-term Baduanjin training can increase the muscle strength and endurance of the lower erector spinae,multifidus,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles.3.After stopping the intervention,Baduanjin failed to maintain the long-term intervention effect on the muscle strength and endurance of the lower erector spinae,multifidus,lower rectus abdominis,and external oblique muscles.4.Baduanjin training,as a traditional Chinese medicine health maintenance method,can effectively exercise the core muscles of the waist and abdomen,and has guiding significance for core muscle rehabilitation training. |
