| Objective:Guided by the theory of five movements and six Qi,and based on the characteristics of Qi and fortune in the year of Jihai,this paper used Baizhu Houpu Decoction and Fuhe Decoction to treat the patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by insufficient soil transportation and Jueyin Fengmu Sitian.(1)Through the clinical efficacy of the theory of five movements and six Qi in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction of different syndrome types,this paper confirms the diagnosis and treatment idea of the combination of nature and human and different treatment of the same disease in traditional Chinese medicine,and provide a reliable basis for clinical application.(2)To analyze the correlation between the distribution of luck factors at birth and the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the year of Jihai,and to summarize the influence of luck factors at birth on the incidence of diseases under the same climatic conditions,can provide a new entry point for the early prevention and treatment of diseases.Methods:The patients were divided into Baizhu Houpu decoction treatment group and Fuhe decoction treatment group by case collection method.The TCM syndrome collection form was filled in and the basic information and syndrome score of each patient were collected.(1)By recording the symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the total effective cases were selected after judging the curative effect of each group,and the clinical efficacy of Baizhu Houpu Decoction and Fuhe Decoction in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction was observed.(2)The distribution of factors such as Sui Yun,Si Tian,Zai Quan,Ke Qi and Zhu Qi were analyzed,and objective to analyze the correlation between the factors of luck at birth and the acquired morbidity.Results:1.patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction are more likely to occur in the age of40-59 years,and the female is more than the male.2.The total effective rate of Baizhu Houpu Decoction and Fuhe decoction was95.56% and 93.33%,respectively.Therefore,Baizhu Houpu Decoction and Fuhe decoction have better effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction in the year of Jihai.3.The distribution of birth Yunqi factors in the two groups of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction has a certain rule: among the 45 patients in the treatment group of Baizhu Houpu decoction,the proportion of those who were born with tuyunbuji(24.44%)was higher than that in the theoretical distribution(P<0.01);the proportion of those who were born with the Qi of Sitian and Zaiquan(yangming zaojin sitian,Shaoyin junhuo Zaiquan)was higher than that in the control group(P< 0.01)High(28.89%),P = 0.028,compared with the theoretical distribution,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of those born with Shaoyang xianghuo(28.89%)was higher,P=0.028,compared with the theoretical distribution,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the Fuhe decoction treatment group,the distribution of the frequency of year-old luck at birth was mainly in muyuntaiguo(17.78%),but the difference between the distribution of birth yunqi and the theoretical distribution was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the distribution of the frequency of the Qi of Sitian and Zaiquan at birth was in(Shaoyang xianghuo sitian,Jueyin fengmu zaiquan)(22.22%)and(Taiyang hanshui Sitian and Taiyin shitu zaiquan)(22.22%).but the difference between the distribution and the theoretical distribution was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the frequency distribution at birth was concentrated in Jueyin Fengmu(26.67%),but the difference between the distribution and the theoretical distribution was not statistically significant.5.In terms of frequency distribution,the zhu Qi of the two groups at birth was mainly distributed in four Qi Taiyin shitu and five Qi Yangming zaojin,but the difference between the zhu Qi distribution and the theoretical distribution was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of Baizhu Houpu Decoction and Fuhe Decoction in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction in the year of Jihai is very significant.This proves the effectiveness of the theory of five movements and six Qi in clinical treatment,and also reflects the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of different diseases.2.The related factors of five movements and six Qi at birth in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction: suiyun,Sitian,Zaiquan,Zhuqi and Keqi all have certain distribution rules.From the statistical analysis,it can be considered that the patients in Baizhu Houpu Decoction group are the patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction of spleen earth deficiency type,and the yunqi factors at birth are more related to the degree of acquired gastrointestinal dysfunction,while the patients in Fuhe Decoction group are the wood is vigorous and restrained soil type gastrointestinal dysfunction,there is no strong correlation between the factors of yunqi at birth and acquired gastrointestinal dysfunction. |
