Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingqihuoxue Decoction in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome of MODS and exist gastroin-testinal dysfunction.Methods:Choose60patients were diagnosed as MODS and exist gastrointestinal dysfunction who admitted to the ICU in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine as the research object. Randomly divided60patients with Chinese and Western medicine diagnostic criteria into treatment group30cases and control group of30cases. The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine, Thetreatment group based on routine western medicine combined with Xingqihuoxue Decoction. By observing the changes of Gastro-intestinal dysfunction syndrome integrals, astrointestinal dysfunction score, intra-abdominal pressure, APACHE Ⅱ score in the pre-post treatment, and curative effect.Results:①The total efficiency of gastrointestinal dysfunction integralof syndrome, the treatment group was22cases (73.3%), the control group total efficiency was14cases (46.66%).The chisquare test was used in he total effective comparison(P<0.05), the difference had statistical significance.②The total efficacy of the efficacy with gastrointestinal dysfunction score, the treatment group was21cases (70%), the control group was13cases (43.33%), The chi square test was used in he total effective comparison(P<0.05), the difference had statistical significance.③The intra-abdominal pressure of the two groups patients was lower compared with pre-treatment at the third day of the treatment, The difference of the treatment group had statistically significant (P<0.05), The difference in the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05); The seventh days of treatment compared with the third days of treatment, the treatment group had significant difference (P<0.05), the control group had no statistical significance (P>0.05).④The APACHE-‖scores of the two groups patients was lower compared with pre-treatment at the third day of the treatment, The differences of the two groups had statistically significant (P<0.05), The differences of treatment group had statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05); The differences of the treatment group at the seventh days of treatment had statistical significance compared with at the third days of treatment (P<0.05), The differences of the control group at the seventh days of treatment had no statistical significance compared with at the third days of treatment (P>0.05).Conclusions:①On the basis of routine western medicine combined with Xingqihuoxue Decoction is better than pure Western conventional treatment in improving the TCM syndrome, in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with MODS.②On the basis of routine western medicine combined with Xingqihuoxue Decoction is better than pure Western conventional treatment in improving gastr-ointestinal function score, in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with MODS.③On the basis of routine western medicine combined with Xingqihuoxue Decoction is better than pure Western conventional treatment in in reducing intra-abdominal pressure, APACHE Ⅱ scores in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with MODS.
