| Acer tegmentosum Maxim.is a deciduous tree with abundant resources. In recent years,A.tegmentosum has been used in medicine and health products, and has received more and more attention. However, there is no report on the research of A.tegmentosum samara oil.In this paper,Based on A.tegmentosum.as the material basis, and the oil components in the samara of A.tegmentosum as the goal, the new microwave-mediated rotating extraction technology is used for extraction, and the response surface method to optimze the extraction technology,The extraction process was optimized, the porous starch was used as the core material to wrap the oil to prepare microcapsules, and the prepared microcapsules were characterized by physical and chemical properties. The main contents are as follows,1.A microwave-mediated rotary extraction technique was established to extract A.tegmentosum,Ethyl formate was selected as the extraction solvent. The response surface Box-Behnken method was used to optimize the extraction process of A.tegmentosum samara oil.The optimal process conditions were:liquid-to-material ratio of 28 mL/g,microwave irradiation time of 9.1 min,and microwave irradiation power of 700 W.Under the best extraction process, the yield of A.tegmentosum samara oil is 13±0.23%.GC-MS method was used to analyze the composition of samara oil from A.tegmentosum.The results showed that the main components of linoleic acid and oleic acid were 34.32%and 23.13%,respectively,and it also contained 3.83%nervonic acid.Compared with traditional oil extraction methods,microwave-mediated rotary extraction technology has a higher oil yield, less energy consumption, short extraction process time, convenient and fast, green and environmentally friendly and low price.2.The porous starch was prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis technology, and the cassava porous starch-A.tegmentosum samara oil was used as the core material and β-cyclodextrin was used as the wall material to prepare the samara oil microcapsules. The experimental raw materials were selected from a variety of food-grade starches such as tapioca starch, acorn starch, plantain starch and pea starch, and the oil absorption rate was used as a standard to study the formation process of porous starch. The optimal preparation process conditions are determined as follows:α-amylase:glucoamylase 5:1(W/W);tapioca starch concentration is 60%,the reaction system pH is 5.0,the amount of enzyme added is 2.2%,and the reaction temperature is 50℃,The enzymolysis time is 20 h.The preparation conditions of A.tegmentosum samara oil microcapsules are:tapioca porous starch-A.tegmentosum samara oil as the core material,40%β-cyclodextrin ethanol solution as spray agent,wall-to-core ratio 1:0.25,and embedding rate It is 65.1%.3.The physical and chemical properties of the obtained microcapsules of A.tegmentosum samara oil were characterized. The microcapsules have light density and good solubility.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that the microstructure of A.tegmentosum samara oil was intact, and the wall material was uniformly wrapped with A.tegmentosum samara oil powder, which was spherical.Thermogravimetric(TG)test results show that the prepared A.tegmentosum samara oil microcapsules have good thermal stability.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)showed that there was no obvious chemical change between the wall material and the core material during the drying process. The experimental results of the thesis not only provide a new high-efficiency,safe,hygienic,environmentally friendly, and low-risk process route for the extraction and utilization of plant oil resources, but also provide a direction for the development and utilization of A.tegmentosum and nervonic acid. The A.tegmentosum samara oil changes from liquid to microcapsule solid, which is convenient for storage and transportation, improves oil stability, and has extensive starch resources and low price. It has brought positive influence and economic significance to the storage and utilization of oil resources. |
