【Objective】Observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xue’s No.4prescription combined with conventional western medicine on patients with stable angina pectoris of damp-heat invasion, and explore its possible mechanism of action, provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of stable angina pectoris with traditional Chinese medicine, and provide new theory and experimental basis.【Methods】Seventy patients with stable angina who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group of 35 patients by random number grouping.During the treatment period, both groups of patients took conventional healthy lifestyle interventions, strictly implemented secondary prevention of coronary heart disease, treated comorbidities, and controlled blood pressure and blood sugar. The control group received conventional Western medicine for coronary heart disease, and the treatment group added Xue’s No.4 prescription on this basis, with 7days as a course of treatment.A total of 4 courses of treatment were observed for 4 weeks.Observe the changes in the therapeutic index of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,TCM syndrome score, angina pectoris symptom score, blood routine, urine routine,The changes of observation indexes of stool routine, liver and kidney function, and electrocardiogram safety were analyzed by SPSS22.0software to compare the differences of the results of the two groups, and then rationally and objectively evaluate Xue’s No.4 prescription for stable angina pectoris Intervention of invasive patients.【Results】A total of 70 patients were enrolled in this study, and 2 patients fell out.A total of 68 patients were finally completed in the study,34 in the control group and 34 in the treatment group.(1)Comparison of indicators of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein:(1)Comparison within the group: The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein after treatment in the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);(2)Group Inter-comparison: After treatment, the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of blood lipid index:(1)Compared with before and after treatment, the total cholesterol and triglyceride in the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);The differences in lowering LDL cholesterol and raising HDL cholesterol were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the treatment group in terms of lowering total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and increasing high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P> 0.05).(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome points:(1)Comparison within the group: The TCM syndrome points of the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Comparison between groups: The treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing TCM syndrome scores, and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective number of the control group is 27,the total effective rate is 79.41%;the total effective number of the treatment group is 31,the total effective rate is91.18%.Through statistical analysis, the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group is better than that in the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of angina pectoris scores:(1)Comparison within the group: After treatment, the control group and the treatment group had significantly lower angina pectoris scores than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);(2)Comparison between groups : The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the score of angina symptoms, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).(6)Comparison of the efficacy of angina pectoris: the total effective number of the control group was 23,the total effective rate was 67.65%;the total effective number of the treatment group was 31,the total effective rate was 91.18%.Through statistical analysis, the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Safety indicators: During the treatment, the vital signs of the two groups were stable, and no adverse reactions occurred. No abnormalities were detected in blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, and electrocardiogram safety indicators.【Conclusion】Xue’s No.4 prescription combined with conventional western medicine is superior to the simple western medicine group in alleviating the symptoms of angina pectoris, improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and reducing the indexes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein. There were no adverse reactions and abnormal safety indicators. From this,it can be concluded that Xue’s No.4 prescription has obvious clinical effect on patients with stable angina pectoris and damp heat invasion, and has good safety and has certain clinical promotion value.
