Yi Qi Huo Xue method has become the basic method of tre-atment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris.In recent years, professor Wang Xian proposed atherosclerosis complex wind moving inside collaterals path-ogenesis theory on the basis of qi deficiency and blood stasis pathogenesis theory according to the characteristics of the onset of acute coronary syndrom, who point-ed out that complex wind moving inside collaterals is another important pathogen-esis of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, Qu Feng Tong Luo method may is another one of the important methods of treatment of the coronary heart disease.Objective:To study and evaluate the clinical availability and security of Qu Feng Tong Luo method for the treatment of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:30patients of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris with (qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) were selected into clinical study.Evaluation was conducted by using the method of contrasting the before and latter treatment. Treatment is Medical foundation treatment+functions of Qu Feng Tong Luo med-icine broth.Three times a day,200ml/time, According to the TCM clinical pract-ice, By using dynamic course, Total treatment for12weeks.If qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome obtain clinical recovery, then stoping taking the drugs. Checking electrocardiogram (ECG) before and after treatment respectively,inclu ding three main routine, liver function, renal function in laboratory examination. During the medication, angina pectoris and syndromes curative effect wasobserved on a regular basis.Rank integral and text description methods, were used respecti-vely to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions, and Statistical analysis was carried on.Results:Qu Feng Tong Luo Formula with the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina clinical recovery in1case (3.6%),20cases were markedly improved (71.4%), effective in2cases (7.1%), invalid in5cases (17.9%), TCM syndrome total effective rate was82.1%, Syndrome worked with average time of5weeks, Syndrome disappearance time of12weeks on average, Syndrome treatment for10weeks on average, Compared before and after therapy, TCM syndrome score, Sea-ttle angina scale total score are significantly reduced, Finally there was significant difference between them(P<0.05). Founding no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment. Conclusion:On the basis of yi qi huoxue therapy using Qu Feng Tong Luo Trad-itional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical curative effect of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, the formation of the "complex wind moving inside collat-erals" based on qi deficiency blood stasis theory is another important pathogenesis of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
