Objectives: To study clinical curative effect observation and the effect on serum hs-CRP and ET-1 levels of the treatment of stable angina pectoris in coronary artery disease(phlegm-stasis interconnection evidence)with the formula of dispelling stasis and nourishing the heart. Methods: Sixty patients are involved in the research, who were treated in outpatient clinic of the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases in The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022 and whose symptom met the criterion of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. The patients are randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group, and each group involves 30 cases respectively. The control group is treated with conventional medical approach of western style, and the treatment group is treated with an additional formula for dispelling stasis and nourishing the heart on top of the control group for 4 weeks.Relevant items were analyzed and summarized before and after treatment, which are the number of angina attacks,Seattle Angina Scale score, nitroglycerin tablet withdrawal rate, inflammatory factor(hs-CRP)level,vascular endothelial function factor(ET-1)level,12-lead electrocardiogram efficacy, and Chinese medicine evidence score efficacy.Results:1.TCM symptom score and TCM symptom efficacy: the TCM symptom score decreases in both groups after treatment, and the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05);the total effective rate of TCM symptom efficacy is 63.33% and 93.10% respectively, and the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05).2.The number of angina attacks: the number of angina attacks decreases in both groups after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).3.Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ)score: the SAQ score increases in both groups after treatment, and the difference is statistically significant(p <0.05).4.Nitroglycerin tablet discontinuation rate: The rate of nitroglycerin use reduces in both groups, and the discontinuation rates are 86.67% and 63.33%respectively,which indicates statistically significant differences(p < 0.05).5.inflammatory factor(hs-CRP)and vascular endothelial function factor(ET-1): the levels of inflammatory factor and vascular endothelial function factor reduce in both groups compared with those before treatment, and the differences are statistically significant(p < 0.05).6.12-lead ECG: The efficacy of ECG is improved in both groups after treatment, but the difference is not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Expelling stasis and nourishing the heart formula can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score and improve the TCM syndrome efficacy in patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm-stasis interjunction syndrome)of coronary heart disease.2.The formula can reduce the number of angina attacks and the use of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm-stasis interjunction).3.The formula can improve the Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ)scores of patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)and improve their quality of life.4.The formula can reduce the serum hs-CRP and ET-1 levels in patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood clots).
