Objective: Trough the clinical study of sequential therapy of nourishing the kidneyand liver and promoting the circulation of qi and blood used by professor Chen Linxinin the treatment of hypomenorrhea, summary its efficacy in improving patients’menstrual blood volume, menstrual blood quality, the time of duration; study thechange of test index of endometrial thickness (EN), estradiol (E2), follicle StimulatingHormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), progestational hormone(P) before andafter the treatment.Method: Select78patients with hypomenorrhea to be treated with sequential therapyof nourishing the kidney and liver and promoting the circulation of qi and blood forone to three months, observe and record the change of menstruation, and index changeof EN, E2, FSH, LH, P before and after the treatment. Analyze relevant informationon research with statistical method.Result: Among78patients treated with sequential therapy of nourishing the kidneyand liver and promoting the circulation of qi and blood, the total effective rate is88.46%. The clinical symptoms of patients are improved obviously with declinesymptom score of menstrual blood volume, menstrual blood quality, the time ofduration, and index change of EN, E2, FSH, LH, P. After statistical analysis, clinicalsymptom score, EN, E2, FSH, LH, P are all p＜0.01with the difference of height; p＜0.05of E2with obvious difference.Conclusion:1. Nourishing the kidney and liver and promoting the circulation of qiand blood is one of effective ways of treating hypomenorrhea, increasing menstrualblood volume effectively and time of duration, enhancing menstrual blood quality andcolor to relieve or eliminate discomfort such as spinal column aching and limp, dizzy,cool in lower abdomen.2. Endometrial thickness of patients grades as mild and moderate increases aftertreated with sequential therapy of nourishing the kidney and liver and promoting the circulation of qi and blood, especially patients grades as mild.3. E2, FSH, LH, P of patients grades as mild improve after treated with sequentialtherapy of nourishing the kidney and liver and promoting the circulation of qi andblood.4. FSH, LH, P of patients grades as moderate improve after treated with sequentialtherapy of nourishing the kidney and liver and promoting the circulation of qi andblood, but E2do not improve after treated.5. E2, FSH, LH, P of patients grades as severe do not improve after treated withsequential therapy of nourishing the kidney and liver and promoting the circulation ofqi and blood.
