Clinical And Experimental Research To Nourish Kidney And Subduing Liver And Promoting Blood To Restore Luo In The Treatment Of Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and mechanism of nourishing kidney and subduing liver and promoting blood to restore luo to treat hypertension. Methods:For the clinical research, 60 patients were divided into two groups, the curative group(30 patients) and the comparative group(30 patients).We treat them separately with Zipinghuoxuetang besides common west medicine and common west medicine. We study the blood pressure, clinical symptoms, blood lipid, blood sugar and IGF-1,TNF-α,NPY.For the experimental research,24 Spontaneously Hypertensive rats(SHR) were given drugs orally .We study the affections of Zipinghuoxuetang to blood pressure ,heart rate, ET, and NO of them.Results: Clinical investigations show that the curative group were improved more in blood pressure,clinical symptoms,signs, blood lipid, blood sugar and the level of IGF-1,TNF-α,NPY than the comparative group (P<0.05).Animal experiental research show that blood the pressure and heart rate of SHR and the level of ET decrease,the level of NO raise.Conclusions: The method of nourishing kidney and subduing liver and promoting blood to restore luo is an effctive therapeutic method and Zipinghuoxuetang is a group of effective drugs in treating hypertension.
