| Objectve:To observe the effect and safety of nourishing kidney Qi and promoting blood circulation on DNⅢand to discuss its possible mechanism.Method:61 patients of DNⅢfrom inpatients and outpatients were divided into two groups based on table of random number, trial group is 31,control group is 30, The trial group were treated by zi shen jiang tang yin, and the control group were treated by placebo, two groups were treated by basic treatmeat for 12 weeks. To observe the symptom grade of before and after 4,8,12 weeks of treatment, and blood CysC and bloodβ2-MG,24h-UAE, mAlb, kidney function, liver function, BRT, SRT, URT and electrocardiogram. All data was analyzed by the software of SPSS13.0.Result:The symptom grade, blood Cys C, bloodβ2-MG and 24h-UAE go down after treatment of 4,8,12 weeks, easpecially the trial group(P<0.05). The symptom grade:clinical control 19.35%, apparantly effective 54.84%, effective 19.35%, invalid 6.45%, toatally efficient 93.55% in trial group, and the control group is aspectly 10.00%,40.00%,16.67%,33.33% and 66.67%(P<0.05).24h-UAE go down after treatment of 4,8,12 weeks, easpecially the trial group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);bloodβ2-MG go down after treatment of 8 weeks, easpecially the trial group(P<0.05); Cys C go down after treatment of 12 weeks, easpecially the trial group(P<0.05). Kidney function, liver function, BRT, SRT, URT and electrocardiogram were not apparently unusual and there was not adverse reaction among two groups.Conclusion:Zi shen jiang tang yin has good effect on DNⅢand is safe in observation period use. Its possible mechanism is protecting the the kidney capillaries of DNⅢ. |
