Objective:The present situation survey method was adopted to understand the current situation and demand of the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment information system in the out-patient department of the first-class hospitals in The province,so as to provide the basis for the function design of the information system.With the help of Delphi expert consultation method,we selected and designed to meet the use needs of the participants and managers of the multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment in the outpatient department,and meet the business needs,operation habits and functional points that are easy to design and develop,laying a foundation for the development and application of the system.Methods:1.A total of 64 managers and participating experts of outpatient multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment in 32 grade-III first-class general hospitals in Henan province were selected.With the help of "gold data",the investigation was conducted from two dimensions,namely the doctor’s end and the management end,according to different users.The current situation and demand of the provincial outpatient multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment information system were investigated online.2.Based on the actual survey results,through the literature,in combination with the actual process of outpatient multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment and business requirements,to the clinic information system framework,the content of the multi-disciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment by Delphi method,choose 14 experts involved function modules and operation flow of the system are analyzed in two rounds of enquiry,ultimately determine the multidisciplinary integrated medical information system to build two primary function modules,23 secondary function points,and use of information technology for system development.Descriptive data were expressed as frequency,composition ratio and mean ±standard deviation.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the differences in proficiency in information system operation among the socio-demographic data characteristics of the users.The reliability of expert consultation is expressed by the enthusiasm,authority coefficient and coordination degree of experts.The degree of concentration of expert opinions is expressed by the average value and coefficient of variation of the importance and feasibility of the module content of the information platform.The above analysis was completed by Microsoft Office Excel 2019 and IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0.Results:1.The current situation of the use of the multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment information system in the outpatient department and the effective recovery rate of the demand questionnaire are 100.0%.A total of 64 outpatient multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment managers and participating experts were included in this study.Among them,59.37% of the surveyed hospitals had information systems to support the work of outpatient multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment,and 52.63% of the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment operating platforms were built in the outpatient information system.73.43% of the users believe that the current operating platform of multi-disciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment cannot meet the daily work needs.The information-based support function of doctors is limited,and the realization rate of writing,saving and printing of the most basic diagnosis and treatment documents is only 56.3%.The informatization degree of the management end is poor,and the realization rate of various functions is low,especially the realization rate of expert check-in,on-time rate control and other functions is 0.2.Respondents have a high demand rate for multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment informatization in the outpatient department.Consultation partner’s inspection of the medical information,consultation document writing,storage,printing,MDT team workload statistics,participate in the expert information statistics functions such as demand rate is 100%,the dynamic fetching patient information,online booking invite specialists demand rate is 96.9%,the push MDT remind booking demand rate is 80.6%,patients’ need a booking at a rate of45.2%.The demand rates of managers’ MDT diagnosis and treatment document viewing function,MDT diagnosis and treatment quality connotation feedback,MDT expert attendance rate statistics,MDT disease appointment statistics,team workload statistics,expert participation workload statistics,MDT labor fee distribution and so on are all 100%.3.The expert consultation results show that the enthusiasm,authority coefficient and coordination degree of the experts all meet the inclusion requirements.The response rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,and the authority coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was 0.856,indicating a high degree of expert authority.The chi-square test results of Kendall’s harmony coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation were all less than 0.001,indicating that the expert consultation results were statistically significant.The importance,feasibility average value and coefficient of variation of the secondary functional points all meet the inclusion requirements.Conclusion:1.It is necessary to design an efficient,concise and practical outpatient MDT information system by fully considering user needs and combining with outpatient MDT business flow and time flow.2.Through literature review and Delphi method,the outpatient multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment information system consists of 2 first-level functional modules and 23 second-level functional points.The construction method is reasonable,the platform is stable,and the functions are in line with the actual needs,which can be promoted in the use of outpatient treatment.
