Clinical Study On The Effect Of Moxibustion At Da Zhui Point And Shen Que Point On Yang Asthenia Constitution

Objective:Based on the infrared thermal imaging technique,the aim of this study was to observe the improvement of Yang deficiency before and after Yang deficiency in healthy people by moxibustion at Shenque point of Dazhui point,and to evaluate objectively the effect and safety of moxibustion at Dazhui point and Shenque point on Yang deficiency constitution by using Yang deficiency quality scale score,SF-36 quality of life scale and infrared heat image as observation indexes so as to provide new ideas and clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of moxibustion and nourishing Yang deficiency constitution and sub-health state Methods:Selecting 60 cases of sub-health Yang deficiency constitution subjects in the physical examination center of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,According to the random numbers,It was divided into 30 cases,Control group 30 cases.Both groups were given health education.The experimental group was treated with moxibustion,Moxibustion points: Dazhui point,Shenque point.For 25 minutes,Once a day,Moxibustion 5 times a week,Take two days off.Moxibustion 20 times as a course of treatment,A total of 3 courses of treatment.Control group: oral Jinzhi Shenqi pills,4 g,each Twice a day.Take continuously for 3 months.During the study period,it is forbidden to take any warming yang and tonifying qi drugs or other treatment methods such as ironing,massage and acupuncture.Before and after conditioning,Evaluation of curative effect with Yang deficiency quality scale,SF-36 quality of life scale and infrared heat image,And record the adverse events in the research process at any time.Statistical software is used SPSS25.0 analyze the collected data.Results:1.Comparison before conditioning:The difference between the two groups before conditioning was not statistically significant(P>0.05)in age,sex,physical transformation score of Yang deficiency,SF-36 quality of life table,infrared heat image,abdominal and palm temperature.2.Comparison within the group:There were significant differences in physical transformation of Yang deficiency before and after intervention,SF-36 quality of life table,temperature of abdomen and palm in infrared thermal images(P<0.01).It shows that moxibustion at Dazhui point,Shenque point and Jinkui Shenqi Pill can effectively regulate the constitution of sub-healthy Yang deficiency.3.Comparison between groups:After conditioning,the conversion scores of Yang deficiency constitution in the two groups were decreased,SF-36 quality of life table,infrared thermal image abdominal and palm temperature were increased,the difference between the two groups before and after intervention was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy of Yang deficiency body mass table:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,the difference of curative effect was statistically significant,the experimental group was better.5.Comparison of efficacy of infrared thermal images:From the abdominal point of view,the total effective rate of the test group was 66.67 and that of the control group was 40.The difference was statistically significant,and the test group was better than the control group.From the palm point of view,the total effective rate of the test group was 66.67 and the total effective rate of the control group was 43.33.There was a statistical difference,and the curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Moxibustion at Dazhui point,Shenque point and Jinkui Shenqi Pill can effectively regulate the symptoms of Yang deficiency constitution,interfere with Yang deficiency constitution,improve the quality of life and health of people in sub-health state,and increase the temperature of abdomen and palm.2.Moxibustion on Dazhui point and Shenque point is superior to Jinkui Shenqi Pill in improving Yang deficiency constitution and regulating sub-health state.3.The infrared heat image can directly reflect the change of "cold and heat" of Yang deficiency constitution,and can be used to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Yang deficiency constitution.4.Moxibustion on Dazhui point and Shenque point is simple to operate,green and non-invasive,and has considerable curative effect.It is a good method to regulate Yang deficiency constitution and sub-health state,which can be popularized and applied in clinic.
